I spoke to the owner about it, and he did NOTHING. Also, my braking system was working just fine, so they did something to my car they weren't supposed to and now I have no brakes . I addressed this as well, said they would do this and left my car there for about a week, and no one had even touched it, plus I asked them to keep in garage overnight and they lied right to my face and said they did, I rode by during the night and it was sitting outside. We called Black's Tire and they said to have it towed to them and gave us the number for S & S Towing. We did but when we got the car to Black's they said they couldn't fix it until the next day. That sucked. I called S & S back and he said they could fix it today so we had it towed there. He preordered both of the possible alternators that my car could have needed. They got started on it right away when we arrived with the car. Turns out, the owner is a fellow Veteran (US Navy Aviator). He got us fixed up and back on our trip that day. Super nice guy too. I had 3 out of my 5 lug nuts break, and the other two were loose and coming off. I limped my truck off the highway and had to stay the night (I was on my way to Virginia). As the next morning started, I was contemplating how I was going to get my truck to a shop and get it fixed. The next morning came and I saw a flatbed wrecker show up to the motel to tow another vehicle that was broken down. I walked up to Nick and asked if he was interested in towing my vehicle in the morning to get the repairs I needed to be fixed. I explained my situation and that I need to get back on the road asap. Nick never missed a beat and assured me that the truck will be towed and the repairs would be done by him and his shop. Nick, made a awful day a great one. Nick also called with an alternative after he dropped the truck at the shop, in an attempt to speed up the process. I also talked to Nick's (boss) Sean and he was so helpful and assured me that this will be taken care of and I should be on the road on Monday so I can complete my trip.
