Most times they get it done right for a decent price, although, recently, it appears that the prices went up. Still, cheaper than Reno so I will stay with them. I like heavy starch and always order it that way, but they arent very generous with the starch. One time I have a white shirt with a dirty neck and asked them to pay extra attention to the neck. The shirt came back still dirty. I complained to the owner. She tried to charge me for re-doing the shirt. I resisted, I said "no, I'm not paying more, you didnt get it clean the first time." She backed down and rewashed the shirt gratis.

Everything new new and a few of the washers are so huge one could fit a small in car in them. Those huge washers have matching dryers. They have a good variety of washing machine sizes. Super clean. I was very happy. Don't put your soap in top dispensers though as when you have a 4, 8, or 12 load washer, that's a lot a lot of soap and it doesn't always get rinsed down the chute properly. Just throw the soap in the actual washer. Much better. And the phone app is super easy. It tells you how much time each washer has left. It is good for keeping track of your loads. And if you are drying you can add more time remotely.

She added bleach and some nice liquid that made it very sweet smelling. They text you when it's time to pick it up and they wrap it in plastic so it's easy to transport. They also have there and they have Wi-Fi. Dryers are free when you wash which is a nice thing and they're not ridiculously priced either. They have plenty of tables for folding and hanging racks to hang your clothes lots of chairs and they have an outside playground area for the kids. It's so convenient to Carson City right off of fifth Street and the parking is fine.

I brought them back to a very helpful counter person, alterations looked at them and measured them. I was told they would notify the manager and she would contact me. The counter person called me back the next day and said the manager suggested that they could find the fabric that had been cut off and sew it back on. Really? I said no, they would never look the same, and I wanted them replaced. Since then I have called a number of times and have never received a call back from the manager. It seems her customer service is to ignore the customer and hope they go away.

When I used the dryers, they were warm but not hot even though I selected "Hot". It took a lot more money to get my laundry dried. The issue is the no call on what happened and why it occurred. The laundry attendant welcomed me in and offered her name. Brandy was so friendly and courteous. She gave me a run down where the different washers are that cost more or less than other washers. I definitely appreciate the different size washers and load capacity because it's already spends as it is to have to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. I like the selections and it was fair on my wallet. Anyways I got my monies worth and I've continued to come here because they are open later than most laundry places and open nice and early at 6:30. This laundry mat doesn't disappoint because it has hours of operation that are very fair and accommodates most everyone. Thank you Brandy for keeping it top notch clean and running such a tight ship.
