This may be a bit lengthy, but anybody sitting on the fence about switching to Patriot Mobile needs to take the time to read of my experience with their outstanding staff. I very recently switched to a big-name cell service provider, (starts with a V and ends with n), and in less than two weeks was presented with a bill more than three times the agreed cost of service. Then, I was unable to speak with anybody to address this issue. Fortunately for me, I saw an ad for Patriot Mobile in my NRA magazine. I contacted Patriot Mobile, and spoke with Eddie, who was able to answer my questions, and fix me up with a plan that suits me and my wife. Eddie helped me resolve some email issues for communication, and had our new SIM cards in my hands in two days. When making the switch, and activating our old phones, Keith and Ken tried their absolute best to make things happen. The problem was of my own doing, as I gave them an incorrect PIN number to work with. (Sorry guys). That afternoon, Angel worked with me, and with the proper PIN number, had us up and running in short order. Angel walked me through the activation process, exhibiting not only knowledge, but also great patience. (I am admittedly not very tech savvy). Angel provided her direct contact number, so that I could contact her if I had issues with getting my wife's phone activated. (I did). Angel re-contacted me to check on my wife's phone, as the records indicated it had not been activated. Per Angel's instruction, I had my wife contact her, and all went through as planned. Angel even called me later to be certain all was well with our cell phone service. I called Patriot Mobile because I was having issues with my internet service, turned out that my friend who I share data with had run us over our 5 gig plan so we were being throttled back! Once that issue was fixed things returned to normal again. To be honest, I had already decided to switch carriers to try to get speed back. I called PM and was very pleased to be connected to a CSR who I recognized as one that I had spoken to before. First thing Angela Brown did was ask what I preferred to be called, then thanked me for being a loyal customer. Then she patiently explained what was going on, arranged to have my friends data temporarily turned off, gave me a gig of free "courtesy data" and reminded me several times to call back to have my friends data turned back on once we passed our billing period. Angela was very personable, evening sharing a "happy ending" story with me when I complained about my friend using all my data. I think it was about then that the call dropped but not 2 minutes later, my new friend called me back to continue our conversation! We had an absolutely horrible experience with Patriot Mobile. What should have been a simple number transfer turned into a complete nightmare. We ended up making five separate trips to AT&T just to get it resolved -- totaling about 10 hours in-store, plus a huge amount of time on the phone with Patriot Mobile. The issue? At one point, they somehow turned a cell phone number into a landline in their system, which made it nearly impossible to transfer out. Even while this was happening, their support team kept insisting nothing was wrong on their end. No one seemed to actually understand how to fix the problem, and we were constantly given conflicting or unhelpful information. On top of all that, we still had to pay early termination and buyout fees. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Extremely frustrating, incredibly time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Patriot Mobile. read more

I first heard about Patriot Mobile through the NRA. I was apprehensive about switching from my long time service provider, but the idea of saving a bunch of money and supporting conservative causes piqued my curiosity. After talking with Susie in customer service, who fielded all of my questions candidly and patiently, I decided to give it a try. After making the transition(which was very simple) and a full month of service, all I can say is that I'm and idiot for not doing this sooner. I have the EXACT same service and coverage for LESS than ONE HALF of the price I was paying to the giant cellular service company. Support conservative causes, save a bunch of money, talk with customer service people who speak fluent English, actually give a damn about your questions and are in the USA, no mystery charges on my bill anymore. no more of my money going support whacko liberal causes and political candidates. I highly recommend Patriot Mobile. We switched from a larger carrier and we have saved over $100/monthly!! We also like the feature of being able to connect to the "best" network available, since we travel frequently. There have been a few hiccups. If you want to have service outside of the United States, then you need to add that feature. However, we do not need such service, except for some rare cases. And we had a really weird experience, where my wife's phone rebooted to a date prior to our switch to Patriot. In this situation, we couldn't connect to Patriot's network. Once we manually reset the phone's date, everything connected without any further problems! We have no idea what caused the phone to reboot to approximately 10 or 11 months prior to the date of the reboot. I also appreciate Patriot's alignment with my Christian conservative values!!! read more

Patriot mobile is a Christian, conservative, American company that walks the walk. Reviewing the list of supported donations, there was not one to which I objected. The choice of the 3 major networks is great. I was able to give up the network with the best coverage in my home area, switch to a network that had decent coverage at my home (which was a dead spot with my previous network). And I have 1 more network that I can try. At the completion of my enrollment, the representative and I spent 15-20 min. talking about the Scriptures, what a pleasant blessing. International service was very efficacious though a little pricy. My only complaint is very minor and definitely not a deal breaker. My hi-speed data usage is 3-4 gigs per month. A 5 gig data plan would be my preference. Overall, it's a great company, glad I made the move. read more

Patriot Mobile is a godsend! I switched my service from Verizon to Patriot a little over a year ago and could not be happier with the change. Not only was the transition made easy but they bought out my and my wife's contracts out without any hidden fees or "catches." Not a single surprise nor hidden fees with billing or service plans as advertised. The very limited times I've needed customer service, the representative has been pleasant and very helpful helpful with 100% issue resolution. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8, the 4G LTE service is reliable and widely available. Most of all, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my hard-earned money is going to organizations that represent my values is absolutely priceless. I'm not a heavy user of tech and even though I grew up with tech and designed a few widgets through my work I find we like most users don't know, don't care, or don't have the time to nerd through the button presses to make the plethora of available services go. Secondly, industry appears to get carried away with the Wow factor=product differentiation in the Econ. world and hangs up on what I call Nerd speak; I suppose to impress or make the simple seem complicated. Thank God me and my brethren have created AI to translate Industry speak to User Speak. PM would take a giant leap in popularity if the "Turnkey" Folk knew what all these allegedly impressive Nerd types were talking about, either within or out of the PM ream. read more

Patriot Mobile is truly a amazing! The agents are all based in America so you don't have to deal with oversea call centers or people you can't understand. They stay on the call with you until you are confident and are out of questions and even offer to pray with you! I can't tell you how amazing Angel and Landon have been to us. We have a Moto E4+ cell phone and when it wouldn't work (within the warranty period) Motorola refused to honor it. They sent me in circles, were rude and frustrating. I contacted Patriot Mobile about the situation and Angel was the wonderful lady who worked with me. Landon also was brought in and together they fought for me while on a 3-way call with Motorola. I was thrilled to have a company really back us up as a customer - so many times you are just a number, but those two took care of our situation and I finally got the new phone. Moved from Verizon in March of 2018 and worked with Susie. Very very helpful sales staff member initially and perpetually. After a year of experience, moved my company business and bought several phones from Patriot. Before we chose Patriot, we did an extensive analysis across all mobile carriers and Patriot won not just my heart. They also won my wallet. No matter your political preference, you should consider and then vote for Patriot, unless you're opposed to saving money. Now, I'm moving family members to Patriot in September 2019. Sprint decided to discontinue my plan so I thought it was time to investigate other providers. I am thrilled with Patriot Mobile! Susie was so helpful and pleasant. My experience with Patriot Mobile was wonderful; Sprint was difficult. Sprint couldn't, or wouldn't, unlock my phone so I purchased a new phone from Patriot Mobile. I was really tired of Verizon Wireless. I was tired of not getting good service, if any, at a store. I was tired of talking to someone in a foreign country for tech support, and lastly, I was tired of what Verizon supports politically. I switched to Patriot mobile and I am happy I did. I had an older phone that I tried to get activated in order to use while waiting for a replacement. After being told by 2 other techs, and a supervisor that my ancient phone could not be activated, Angela did the impossible and got it going. Patriot Mobile has been great! They have 100% US based customer service, and they are all very friendly and helpful. Something I learned is that they can use AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon cell towers, which I haven't heard of any other carrier being able to do. The biggest reason I went with Patriot Mobile is because of their Christian values. They actually take action and give money to Christian and conservative organizations, not just talk about it.
