After two hours of checking and re-checking they determined that my whole system needed to be repaired, an expensive undertaking. The owner came today and after less than an hour he told me the problem was taken care of, I did not need the extensive work - and charged me just a minimum service charge. I was so grateful for his honesty, especially because he had come here with two trucks of equipment/supplies prepared work all day on the sprinkler system for a much higher dollar amount. I would give him more than five stars.

I have grass but the yard is a HAZARD to walk in because of the many holes & low places.

In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Gave us tons of insights not only on our lawn, but on our solar setup for our camper, and even showed us that a section of our roof was leaking and saved us a huge amount of money. 3. Gave us a great rate. You could tell he was only interested in giving us a fair price, and even gave us tips on how we could save some money on the work. 4. Pressured washed our house as contracted, and then pressure washed our entire back patio for free just because "it looked pretty bad". This is a business that does it exactly right, and is the kind anyone would be lucky to work with.
