But the way the rental ended left a terrible impression. When the crew came to pick it up, they drained the entire tank into our backyard without care. The water rushed straight toward our guests and completely wrecked our patio rug and guests had to scurry to move out of the way. We asked the guy in charge to slow the draining so we could manage the water and at least try to prevent more damage -- he couldn't have cared less. Just stood there watching while we scrambled to deal with the mess. To top it off, we even let them pick it up early - gave up part of the time we paid for - just to be accommodating. And this is how we were treated? Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Rent the dunk tank somewhere else, this company clearly didn't care what kind of mess they leave behind.
