I waiting for approx 15 minutes and not once was I acknowledged. Yes, the manager made eye contact with me so he knew I was their. After awhile, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. What is confusing to me is that he is a business. If he doesn't care about his business or its customers, why bother opening each day. I went elsewhere and took care of what I needed.

They are all very personable, educated, knowledgeable men. They talk to you like we are old friends or family,they give you the peace of mind that everything is going to be ok where your car and home are concerned. We were customers…read morefor 15 years, but when our roof was torn up by hurricane force winds they fought us for months over every possible technicality. As soon as we talked to any roofer and told them how hard our insurance was fighting us, they would immediately ask "Is it Allstate?" Also have had issues with this office not being particularly helpful with questions about our policy, communication issues, etc. Wish we knew about their awful reputation before we signed up!

Ricci was available to sit down and review my policies after the change. The problem was when I later changed insurance providers all together. Ricci's office dragged their feet in cancelling my policies. The new insurance provider provided the necessary information required to cancel the policies, yet Ricci's office refused to do so. Henry Ricci was completely unprofessional during the whole process. This was all back in January 2020. Today, I am still getting collection notices from AllState over one of the policies that was supposed to be cancelled. February 2022 and I am still receiving collection notices from a bill from April 2020 when the policies were removed from the office and cancelled in January 2020! Ricci was completely unprofessional when dealing with me and the new insurance provider during the cancellation attempts. I still have the emails to prove it. Would not recommend Ricci to represent you.
