I quickly realized that the guys in this office will LITERALLY do whatever they can to help things feel a little easier. I would call their office so they could connect me to whom I needed to speak with about any givin situation but also so they know what's going on as well. Well when Josh and John realized that I was being tossed around by the claims department they spang into action . They didn't ask any questions,they didn't give any f**cks,they just took over for me. They made sure that the next person that called me regarding my claim was informed and caught up on my situation so I wouldn't have anymore problems. They are all very personable, educated, knowledgeable men. They talk to you like we are old friends or family,they give you the peace of mind that everything is going to be ok where your car and home are concerned. I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. As soon as we talked to any roofer and told them how hard our insurance was fighting us, they would immediately ask "Is it Allstate?" Also have had issues with this office not being particularly helpful with questions about our policy, communication issues, etc. Wish we knew about their awful reputation before we signed up!

Ricci was available to sit down and review my policies after the change. The problem was when I later changed insurance providers all together. Ricci's office dragged their feet in cancelling my policies. The new insurance provider provided the necessary information required to cancel the policies, yet Ricci's office refused to do so. Henry Ricci was completely unprofessional during the whole process. This was all back in January 2020. Today, I am still getting collection notices from AllState over one of the policies that was supposed to be cancelled. February 2022 and I am still receiving collection notices from a bill from April 2020 when the policies were removed from the office and cancelled in January 2020! Ricci was completely unprofessional when dealing with me and the new insurance provider during the cancellation attempts. I still have the emails to prove it. Would not recommend Ricci to represent you.

We had our insurance money stolen from this company. The owner Michael Breitenbach was hired as our…read moreadjuster. Our insurance company issued 3 checks both in the business name and homeowners. He forged my name on the checks , cashed them and kept all of the money. Almost $14,000. He told us that he already paid a company to replace our roof and we could not get our money back. We still have no new roof almost a year later and have not seen a dime. Our roof is also leaking and we cannot afford to fix it without the insurance money. We had to involve the Attorney generals office and the District attorneys office and I had my insurance company reach out to him to which he did not respond. He also started threatening me and my family when I filed against him to get my money released. we had to file a police report. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS ADJUSTER.
