My main concern is that I specifically asked for a digital copy of my invoice for my records, but I still have not received it. Since this was a precious-metals purchase involving a significant amount of money, I believe customers should be able to easily receive an electronic copy of their receipt or invoice when requested. I do have the original paper invoice and took a photo of it as a backup, but the lack of follow-up was frustrating. In a time when digital payments and electronic receipts are standard almost everywhere, being repeatedly asked to pay cash and then not receiving the requested digital receipt felt very outdated and inconvenient. For anyone planning to buy gold or silver here, I would recommend keeping your physical receipt, taking a photo of it immediately, confirming in advance what payment methods are actually accepted, asking whether they can provide a digital receipt, and comparing prices and policies with a few other coin shops before making your purchase.
