He takes the time to go over any issues you may have and welcomes a conversation about your care. You never feel that he is rushing to the next patient. He is the standard by which I judge every other physician.

Takes all the time I need, answers all my questions with a variety of options to choose from (both self-care & specialty care). I'm not sure where those "politics" items are which are "plastered" all over the walls that Amanda referred to, but there IS modern artwork which could be interpreted in some weird and kookie way. This is a small office and lots of personal attention going on.

It has taken FOUR months to get them to re-bill the second insurance and get a refund. I'm still calling to follow up as they say it is still processing. Reading the poor reviews on google, the issues seems to lie in their registration process. Please hire a real MA with billing and registration experience. Urgent care charges very expensive might as well hire competent front desk staff that doesn't make patients do all the registration on their phone. And okay, I can do it on my phone. I even pre registered at home on my computer. I am meticulous, prepared, and had insurance cards with me, but then their practice did not file my second insurance correctly. The Care quality was average as expected. I only came here because of good reviews. Taking a closer look at the reviews. It's the recent reviews that are bad and older reviews that are good. Two men arrived with no way for one of us to ride with them. The men were dressed very unprofessionally. The van had apparently been wrecked because the front bumper was hanging down on one side, the windshield was cracked, there was no air-conditioning (on a 93 degree day). Inside the van, bottles were rolling around and food wrappers were in the floor. There was no signage on the vehicle at all. On the way to the doctor's office, they got lost. They had to follow our vehicle to find the office. We were extremely disappointed. We had high hopes but would not recommend using their service.
