Very disappointed. Stopped by for oil change and tire rotation. Sign on window states no appt…read more necessary. Was unable to service at that time. Made appt. for the next day at 0900. Stated that I was there with appt. for oil change, tire rotation, check tire for leak and change wiper blades. Arrived at 0845. Stated I would be waiting. Car was not taken back to service bay until 1 hr. later. Service not completed until 1220. 3.5 hours later!! Appears oil change, tire rotation, and slow leak repaired on tire. Not done.... wipers were not replaced, window sticker was not replaced as to next service and most importantly, there was no apology for taking so long.

I took my Audi Q5 to them for a diagnosis on a pretty severe issue and although they found the problem it was something only a repair shop with specialized equipment or a dealer would be able to fix. SO, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A LINE OF CRAP THEY suggested that I go to their competition (Import Specialists, LLC) who did have the specialized equipment OR to the Audi Dealer in Franklin, TN... They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! I will certainly bring all my business to Christian Brothers in the future for everything they can repair! Side Note: I also needed my oil changed and already purchased a K&N Oil filter long with 10 quarts of 5w30 Euro Full Synthetic oil, they changed my oil and only charged me $25 when the Fast-Oil joint down the street was going to charge me $45 for the exact same service!

Upon arrival the intake person was very accommodating and helpful. It took about 5 hrs to repair my vehicle. They were very thorough in their explanations, showed me pictures, contacted my warranty company and their attention to customer service was beyond expection. I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat.
