These guys are absolutely the most honest mechanics I have found in TN. I took my Audi Q5 to them for a diagnosis on a pretty severe issue and although they found the problem it was something only a repair shop with specialized equipment or a dealer would be able to fix. SO, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A LINE OF CRAP THEY suggested that I go to their competition (Import Specialists, LLC) who did have the specialized equipment OR to the Audi Dealer in Franklin, TN... They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! I will certainly bring all my business to Christian Brothers in the future for everything they can repair! Side Note: I also needed my oil changed and already purchased a K&N Oil filter long with 10 quarts of 5w30 Euro Full Synthetic oil, they changed my oil and only charged me $25 when the Fast-Oil joint down the street was going to charge me $45 for the exact same service!

All my cars' records of maintenance easily carried over. I do all my car's maintenance and tire shopping with them. I will say for the most part, they do a good job. In Hendersonville, I ran into issues a few times with the East Main location. OK top of that, they are always busy and it's hard to get an appointment with them. When the Glenbrook location opened up, I take all my business to this location now. I've gotten several same day appointments with them and I've yet to have a maintenance issue with them. One tip is to go to their website and see if there are any coupons you can print out. Sometimes you can get a couple bucks off a specific service.

Had Tire Discounters change my oil. They called and said whoever changed it last broke the filter…read morecasing and it would have to be replaced. THEY are the ones who did the last oil change and I had to argue with them and they wouldn't change the oil until they verified with a Carfax! They also "recommended" several things that needed to be done such as front and rear brakes and rotors (which I had replaced less than a year ago), sway bar, front wheel bearings, control arm and ball joint in the front, about $1,500 worth of issues. I took the car to a mechanic in Hendersonville that's been in business over 30 years that I completely trust and he said he went all over the car and found NOTHING wrong! Tire Discounters will rip you off every time if you let them. Stick to putting on tires and doing rotations.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Brought in our car to get the front two tires replaced…read more(brought in our own tires brand new) and the store manager there Jacob beaded the right passenger tire wrong. Due to that our tire constantly goes flat and has caused damage to the rim. Brought it in multiple times to express and Jacob is no longer a store manager but a regional manager now. They won't replace the tire after an issue that they caused because the new store manager Nick (who is highly unprofessional btw) "wasn't there when it happened and I can't get ahold of Jacob. Nothing I can do" this Nick guy is the same guy who drove a customer vehicle and almost hit our car backing up. Both us, the customer of the other car, and a worker there were telling him to stop. He tried telling me to my face today the customer wasn't there. I told him to pull up the cameras and he then keeps saying how the customer of that car was wrong as was I. So every customer is wrong to him? Even tho we have video proof to show it? We also have video proof to prove the tires weren't beaded right but "they can't pull it up due to the cameras don't go that far back" so you mean to tell me a company that has 100s of locations can't invest in cameras that go back more than 1 month? I highly doubt that. Nick has no customer skills and wouldn't even look me in the eye to talk to me and kept tripping over his words. A very clear standing of "we are guilty but I don't want to say we are and replace their tire and rim" Not once were we rude to him, raised our voices, interrupted him, etc yet he was being very rude to us. We presented facts and voiced our concerns while having a convo but Nick wasn't. He is not fit to be a manager or even talk to customers. How that guy has a job in the first place is beyond me. He wouldn't give us corporates or the regional number either and just told us to go find it....

There wasn't anyone around. I walked around to the shop and said I was here for my appointment and was told to get in line with the rest of the cars. Basically there's no benefit to making an appointment. The service was pretty quick once I got inside the garage. I wasn't given a price but checked online before I went. I got a $20 off oil change. My oil change was $100. Not sure if this is the going rate.

Dale stopped me and asked me to bring it in so he can verify whether or not this was true. So I took it in the next morning. He took a look and basically found that the dealership was in fact trying to get one over on me. Now I had called 5-7 shops in the area to get quotes before going with Dale. I went with Dale because he was beyond nice on the phone, very professional, and he was the first one to offer to verify what the dealership was saying I needed. Now truth be told, he was not the cheapest quote. However, he was only $20 more than the cheapest quote. And because Dale seemed to be honest and very polite on the phone. I went with this shop. So Dale called me and said I only needed 2 out of the 5 things the dealership said I needed. And was wayyy cheaper than the dealerships quotes. I said, "let's do it!." My SUV was done in about an hour and a half. I am extremely pleased with their work and friendlyness. I believe the other employee Mike? Mark? was super nice too. Looks like this will be my go to shop from now on! Highly recommended!

He showed us all of the services he'd done. They even put new struts, shocks and tires. Beautiful detail. It's like a new car but cost no more than we would have paid for the same car at another place where a substandard car was bought from an auction with a quick detail. We'll own this car for years. They have a free one year complete warranty, which is unheard of with a used car like ours. Our neighbors have bought several cars. It's a business Todd built from the ground up.
