Go check out Pats Pizza in Dundalk or Edgewood. The food served there is amazing! I would say a majority of food is made fresh daily. Ordered lasagna...very good. Ordered calamari......NOT SO GOOD!!!! Fishy and mushy, won't do that again.

This is a cool little place to eat in or carry out. The food is really good the wings are awesome. He even give you a little garlic knots until you wait for your dinner. The prices are reasonable. Extremely disappointed. Again! My own fault for believing the manager would fix it. Again. Pasta dishes used to be real pasta. I got Chef Boyardee. Who cuts linguini into bite size pieces? Noodles are sooooo overcooked that you can't even scoop them out with a spoon. It's like mushy dog food. Yuck! I'm more angry at myself for trying again. Same as someone else below said, got gravy fries an the gravy was disgusting and obviously from a jar. Fries were soggy and seemed undercooked. Pizza was okay except it got here barely warm bc it took over an hour for it to arrive. Never like to leave a bad review but according to the other reviews theres an obvious trend going on here. read more

We waited over an hour and a half for cold food. The people on the phone blamed the weather and than told me that pizza had left 15 min prior to my second call. 15 minutes after that the pizza arrived stone cold. Don't order from this place read more

I never give a poor review, but I have eaten at the Pats in Rosedale many times. I even tried to give the manager at this store a chance to fix this and he made it worse both by the phone call AND the food they missed or replaced. It was my birthday and my daughter had just had surgery so we ate in, and wanted something in the dinner category. Salads were fine..thats where it ended. We ordered the turkey dinners, with potatoes and gravy. Also a side of broccoli. The broccoli was forgotten and the potatoes were mush. It was literally 5 slices of deli meat in gravy on top of mushy garlic potatoes. So it looked like turkey soup with some grayish stuff thrown in.. I called them to remedy..it got worse. We threw it all out. Everything. It was a 50.00 ticket (with a 10.00 birthday coupon) and possibly the worst meal I have ever had, barring the small salads. Worst fast food ever! Which from Pats is sad, I cannot recommend this store. read more

I used to order from pats and food was always good. The last time I ordered the food never came. After 1 hour of waiting I called. Was told it would be arriving in 5-10 min. Another 30 mins goes by (total of an hour and a half) nothing. Canceled my order and lost a customer for good. read more

The food here is always good (love the crab fries and twist rolls), but unfortunately the service is hit and miss. Went there today for lunch and service was definitely a miss. No one ever sat us, so after 5 minutes or so another *customer* welcomed us to take a seat. Our waitress was very slow to offer refills, check on us, bring a box, and cash us out and never once apologized. You could hear the staff in the back laughing and socializing while we continued to wait for everything... And I should add we were one of only three tables at the time. Hopefully the service can improve because otherwise it really is a nice spot to grab some decent food. read more

Although overpriced the food is good. Don't like the idea that I am charged for deliver and still expected to tip the driver. If you order on line you don't always get what is included. The manager, Wesley, claims he can't see what you are talking about. Won't order there again. read more

I used to love ordering from here, but my last experience was not a good one. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, no tomatoes, paid extra for mozzarella cheese. To my surprise, I received a shrimp wrap, with tomatoes, and no cheese. I am HIGHLY allergic to shellfish and so I could not even eat it if I wanted to. The HEADACHE I have gone through to try to get a refund is ridiculous. I am being contacted on FB by some guy named Peter, claiming to be the owner of that location, wanting to send a driver to my house with a cash refund because they can't locate the order to issue a refund on my credit card. I checked out his page, and it says he used to work at the Edgewood location but says nothing about working at the Dundalk location. Now, maybe he does work there and hasn't updated his FB profile, who knows, but just rubbed me the wrong way. I told him I was not comfortable with this, it all seemed sketchy to me and he explained orders are deleted from the system the next day to protect their customers' information. I agreed to a refund THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER AND COMPLAINED about it. Nothing was done. Now the order is supposedly deleted from the system. I don't have time for these games, I have never heard of an establishment not able to refund your credit card. I should've just taken a bite, landed myself in the hospital and sued them for this horrific mistake instead of dealing with this mess. I have a 10 month old, who has been sick, now I am too, I don't have time to deal with stupid stuff like this. They can keep my money, but they will be blasted for this HORRIFIC mistake and will not have me as a customer anymore. They deleted my post to their FB page. This Peter guy has blocked me from sending messages now. Making stuff up. Said he originally asked me for a ticket number so he could process a refund. I triple checked the only message I received from him on Friday and nowhere does he ask for a ticket number to process the refund. My recommendation, sure, you may have several good experiences before having a bad one, but when you do, expect it to be terrible. Expect the absolute worst. If you are okay with taking that chance, then go ahead and order from them. read more

Ordered a kids spaghetti and meat balls a rueben panini with fries a soda and a canolli....took about 50 mins which is ok for the time of day but from there it was all down hill. Received ravioli instead called to let them know and before an apology i was told it would be at least another 45 mins to get the correct item delivered and i should return the incorrect item to the driver. After hanging up i realized that was to long to wait again and called back and asked to be credited back. 4 transfers later i finally reached a manager. He was pleasant and apologetic agreed to credit my card (which will take 2 days to get 6 dollars back). He told me everyone in Dundalk was ordering and they were busy but would do better next time. Well let say there will not be a next time. My panini was not a panini at all but rathere some crusty round bread some meat that was dried out and chewy but stuck together with melted cheese and almost no dressing all of which was not enough to fill the giant stale bread circle leaving about a 2 inch empty space all around. The fries were cold and the poor canoli was warm and soggy. Also the meatballs were bland and didnt much look like meat at all. So..with all this said pats will never be ordered at this home again and now i need to go make dinner for me and my daughter because the food i ordered from pats was not edible read more

Their baked ziti was delicious except for the fact that I paid for 2 Baked Ziti's which on the menu says suppose to come with a salad and "GARLIC BREAD" there was zero garlic bread. I called and told them about the dinners missing the garlic bread and all I got was that they were pretty busy. Really, to me you should never forget to put with all orders what ppl. are paying for considering I paid $52.00 for everything we ordered our bread shouldn't have been overlooked. If it says you get a salad and Garlic Bread then that's exactly what should be included. Mediocre pizza, but the gyros and cheese-steaks are really good. Some of the best cream of crab I've ever had. Highly recommend it!

Where do I begin? I live about 5 minutes from Pat's. It took a little over an hour to get my food. I can look past that for the most part. When the food arrived the man didn't even come to the door. He just called. The food was room temperature at best. We ordered the crab fries or whatever they're called and the crab was mostly sticking to itself and the fries were rather crunchy. Almost burnt. My sub wasn't too bad. It should have been hot but it was lukewarm. I've heard good things about Pat's. This was a disappointment. read more

My friend & I were there Friday night 01/08/16 about 8 or 9:00 p.m. My friend ordered a 1/2 cheese steak sub with M,L,T. with extra Mayo. He received a Philly cheese steak with green peppers and mushrooms. He tried to eat part of the sandwich but could not finish it. The waitress offered to have a new sandwich made but we didn't want to wait. My fried Flounder was crispy and hard to eat, my french fries were hard too - crispy. This was our third trip with bad food, we will try you one more time and if it is a bad experience we will go elsewhere in the future. I just got a "panini" from there. I haven't been brave enough to try it yet. I wouldn't really call it a panini as it does not appear to be made with traditional panini bread or on a panini press. I would call it "warm, smashed sandwich". It contains meat, cheese and smooshed bread which is completely saturated with oil. I also got mozzarella sticks from here. They were ok but the marinara tasted like it had been boiling down all day. read more
