They have the best pizza in this area. I only get my pizza from them. So if you want great affordable pizza go here.

Don't even bother. We trashed our food and went somewhere else. No effort. If you don't know how to make Italian food leave it off the menu.

I'm sorry I would order from here for our soccer team most Friday nights.. it was decent food for the price... yeah now.. every portion is super small for the fries down the onion rings, and mozzarella sticks and the price almost doubled!?? Our pizza was made with our favorite add-ons and it was spot-on delicious. The person who took our order was easy to communicate with and quite pleasant which is a huge customer-relations attribute . I love honey old bay wings and I used to get them from America's best wings but NEVER AGAIN!!! Universal has the absolute best party wings ever. They are fried perfectly, so juicy and flavorful. Good food when ordering delivery. Going into the Parkville location was a very unfriendly situation. Woman at counter wouldn't make eye contact or even return my greeting. Yelled at a man to come take my order. Guy is friendly. I leave and come back different woman at the counter. Again no reciprocal greeting, but she does make eye contact while she stares at me silently the entire time I'm waiting. Food was good as always. At least tell you front of house to say hi if they cannot take an order. I'll stick to ordering delivery from them. read more

When my food came it was still hot, like it just came out of the oven. The wings were good and spicy. The pizza was great.

This is the most reliable spot in my area. The food is always delivered on time or a couple of minutes early and the driver actually brings my food to my door in my apartment complex. The food is pretty good too, subs are delicious! The fries are a little bland but you can season them up yourself. I order here faithfully every Saturday night and will continue to do so. read more

I love this place. Best Wings and Cheesesteaks/Pizza in the Parkville area. The cheesesteaks are mouth watering, the Wings are huge. The owner is very professional and nice. Never had a rude or bad experience. Their prices are fair considering the large portion for the price. Delivery is usually fast for the most part. Be specific when you are making you order and they will make it happen. Whenever I get Fries I alway say make them soft and they will or I may say toast my roll etc.. also ask if they are busy and how long for delivery ETA. Not the worst place BUT its getting worse. This used to be the Genova's pizza. Once the new owners took over it was still pretty good! But as the years passed they began using lower end ingredients and cooking. Now its just like all the other low end cheap as possible food service junk places. They won't be around long! I had my last meal from them recently. It was awful, certainly the worse yet. Poorly prepared and the lowest grade possible meats and cheeses and the fries were gross. They are often "out" of stuff which tells me the owners are not buying everything seen on the menu. This suggests business is not good. I'll gladly tell the owner how to build a great pizza and sub shop. Always use the best ingredients! Your customers will gladly pay your prices as long as your food is good! Once you use the same crap as other shops your going to slowly lose customers. I will say their new paper menu is the best looking one yet! Do not bother. We have ordered from here twice. The first time the food was horrible, but we just ignored it. Tonight, we ordered a very simply dinner. Stuffed shells, wings and a cannoli. The cannoli filling was completely melted out of the shell. It took well over an hour to get to our house. The wings did not come with Bleu cheese and celery as promised. The cheese was caked on the stuffed shells and completely burnt. We ordered off Eat24 and contacted customer care to just give the restaurant feedback. We declined adjusting the tip because as far as we're concerned, the delivery driver had no hand in making bad food. The woman that customer care spoke with refused to give us any compensation. Not a concern because even if they offered to give us something off the next order, we wouldn't waste our money. Poor customer service, terrible food. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have had. I ordered from this restaurant through eat24.com to be delivered to my address. After more than an hour of waiting, I contacted the restaurant, as well as eat24, and stated that I had not yet received my order. They claimed that they had delivered the food and it was received and signed for. After arguing that I had not received any of the food I ordered, it was agreed that they would deliver the food again, but this time contact me when the delivery person had made it to the address. This was facilitated by the customer support at eat24.com with whom I have both a verified contact number and address on file with them. Again, they failed to deliver the food. I contacted both the restaurant and eat24. The restaurant flat-out called me a liar and claimed I was playing games. I told them they were supposed to call me to be sure they were delivering to the correct person, which they did not. Luckily, eat24 went above and beyond for me. They refunded my purchase, and were nothing but amazing when handling this situation. This restaurant should be ashamed for their poor service and treatment of customers. Never again will I attempt an order through them, nor will I ever recommend anyone take a chance doing so. read more

Anyone giving two stars and above are lying. This place is terrible. My bacon cheese burger turned out to be a sloppy version of when your mom says there's food in the house. NEVER AGAIN! We are a local company in the area & wanted to give this place a try hoping it would be the place our store would use daily for our employees however it was horrible... I ordered "Chicken" Gyro but got something that looked NOTHING like chicken nor could you prove so I called & the guy swore it was chicken so I decided to go with a cheese steak (easy enough) I had someone GO pick it up instead & when I got it the whole SUB was soggy, fell apart, & I couldn't eat it at all! Parkville location is absolutely horrible. Ordered food at 1:24p, manager took my order and said 30-40m. It is now 2:57p and the manager hung up on me after I called to inquired what was taking too long. He told me the driver came and that I did not answer the door. I told him that can't be true because he has to ring the bell to the building to be let in which calls my phone directly. He then yelled at me and told me I lived too far and that he would not send the driver back out. Needless to say, my kids never got a pizza after an hour and a half of waiting. food is amazing and was my favorite place to order from for awhile, until the delivery driver made me come out to the car one day to get my food. Not only was it freezing outside and not only was I wearing shorts, but he held up a whole bunch of traffic on my street. If I wanted to go outside in cold weather to get my food i easily could've walked up the street, this area has hundreds of restaurants. Tragically I had tipped on card so I couldn't retract my tip. After this experience I gave them another chance, to which the delivery driver asked me why I didnt give him a tip (which is rude in itself) and I went on to explain how the last time I had ordered the delivery driver called me to come out to the car, and he looked away as I was talking as if to say "okay I don't care just let me go". I won't be ordering from here for a few months if ever, and that's saying something considering I had been ordering from here pretty much every day or every other day. Sad to see this happen tbh. Last night I ordered the manager special (large 1 topping pizza, 10 wings, and an 8 inch sub) for around 25.99. We decided on a pepperoni pizza, mild buffalo wings, and a cheeseburger sub. Delivery took almost an hour. Pizza had little to no sauce and too much cheese and was a little overcooked. The cheese had a good taste to it though. The wings tasted really off and had no sauce, I couldn't even finish one. We were impressed with the cheeseburger sub though. Overall, would order again just for the subs. read more

This place ALWAYS messes up my order. When ordering online I sub out normal fries for their curly fries. Keep in mind the special instructions box says charges may apply. They never substitute the fries and when I call they say "oh, that cost more, normal fries". I don't care if it cost more. It says charges may apply... I understand that you need to charge me an extra $1.00. This is not the first time this has happened. It has been multiple times and they always so oh next time we will add that to your order. I don't want it next time. I want my order placed correctly. The food isn't terrible and I have told a co-worker to try them. Only for my co-worker to have a similar issue. They forgot to deliver her chips with her sandwich. Please get the orders right!!! Noy only is the wait and delivery time soooooo long but once you get the food its not what you ordered.
