Went to pats because they mailed us some coupons when I ordered I mentioned the coupon. However when I went to pay it didn't seem like they took anything off when I mentioned it to the girl she said it was because I added toppings (pepperoni) why was it 4 extra dollars for pepperoni to be added. I also ordered 10 wings and when I look in the box they are the size of my pinky. These were some of the smallest wings I've ever seen! I wish they were a decent size because they were actually very good along with their hot sauce. Overall very disappointing experience. Their pizza is also very mediocre. read more

To be fair I didn't expect much from a pizza joint in this part of the state but it was even pretty subpar below your typical pizza chain like dominos or even Pizza Hut. First off the medium pie is the size of a personal pie anywhere else so get your sizes straight, Pat. Luckily I knew better and got the "special" pizza that has a bunch of toppings which made it edible. The biggest atrocity however was that there was barely any sauce on it. Maybe they had just finished a jar and didn't feel like opening another one? (That's a joke about how they probably don't make there own sauce) I don't know but there was nothing special about that pie. To top things off I witnessed someone else in my party order some sort of chicken pizza but when they saw the pie, no chicken. So they called and went back to get a new pie but turns out the chicken isn't on top like toppings usually go but in fact under the cheese. Instead of just dropping that wisdom over the phone they had them drive all the way back to the place to physically see the pie and then inform them. Yikes, overall a pretty terrible experience but maybe they had an off night? Go see for yourself or don't. read more

This Pats is a great place for everything. Their pizza is my favorite ever and the salads are also amazing. Try the cheesesteak salad!!! The pizza is decent although the crust is a bit doughy. The meat lover's was probably my favorite; there was an ample amount of toppings and the sauce was very good. The breadsticks are baked to the perfect crispiness (not crunchy but not overly chewy) but I wished that they had actually put cheese on them instead of just a sprinkling of parmesan. I have been working in the area for a few months and had only tried one other place for pizza while here so I figure I should give it a whirl. Big mistake!! In comparison to Gus' pizza right next door this place is an ultimate fail. The crust was doughy hard to palate. The flavors of the topping seem to be the same. I ordered a meat and veggie w/jalapenos. The size of the pizza was smaller in comparison to Gus' and it was a couple dollars more expensive than next door. If you want a really good pizza Go to Gus's. They have great flavors and decent selection. read more

Nothing like the one in Paulsboro where they are polite and service comes with a smile. I tried to get a second slice of pizza and was told I couldn't pay with my card and the guy snatched the slice back. I had about two hundred dollars in cash in my hand and the guy saw that. He claimed he be losing money on the slice which is a lie. I had just bought a slice with my card not more than five minutes earlier and the girls didn't have a problem ringing me up. I think the guy was just being racist. He was a middle eastern or Turkish looking guy wearing a red vest and looked goofy as hell. Asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I think he was a driver. I actually had plenty of coin change and over two hundred dollars (which the idiot probably saw and decided to force me to pay cash to pocket the money as my friend told me he was probably trying to do. Wish I would have gotten his name) and would have happily paid for it in cash had it not been the way he snatched the slice from my hands and his disrespectful attitude. Claiming he'd be losing money. How? Racist thieving idiot. Needless to say won't be going to this location and will keep going to the one in Paulsboro. They never have a problem taking my card! Also there are no signs anywhere stating there is a minimum for credit card purchases. The guy is just racist and disrespectful and arrogant and the owners should replace him. I was very disheartened by an act of unkindness I witnessed while dining in this establishment last night . I witnessed the staff ridiculing and laughing at a paying patron. Does this establishment not teach morals and proper customer service to their staff. To witness such an act of unkindness and complete disrespect for a customer left a very bad taste for me and I will not be giving my business to this place ever again! Teach your staff manors and good quality customer service! What a disgrace to see your staff personally attacking and humiliating a paying customer, obviously you do not care about your customers or your staff would not treat people with such disrespect. Pat's used to be the best, but as they continue to expand the quality is suffering. The Pizza is still good. It's not hand tossed, so if you like real hand tossed Pizza go somewhere else. Pizza and Pasta has the best pizza in town. Since Capriottis has come to town there really is no reason to go to Pat's to get a sandwich. Wawa makes a better sub than Pat's its sad to say. Well. Where do I start? Had a giant bug in my salad and when I took it back after getting home and almost eating it. I was told it's not 100% their fault because it was still alive. Therefore he was letting me know they don't put dead bugs in salads. I guess its ok since it was alive. This was no small bug mind you. 1.5in by .5. Pat's Pizzeria was the place to go when I was a kid. They opened up a little shop in a tiny strip over 35 years ago and have since expanded to all over the Delaware Valley. The current flag ship in Pennsville has moved from that little strip store to a totally remodled 7-11 that provides a very nice, pleasant place to sit and enjoy the wonderful food. The pizza is not as thick as Sicilian but it's not thin crust either. It is very tasty and comes in many varieties. Their cheese steaks are as good as anywhere. They also offer a decent italian dinner menu. Prices are low, food is good and plentiful and the atmosphere is local. If you go there during lunch, you will eat with kids from the local high school that is right next door. For dinner, you may dine with families returning from a local sporting event. read more

This pat's is a very good. The food is excellent and the online ordering is easy if your paying attention. I made the mistake of ordering online and not completing the order. I went there to pick it up and found they had no order for me. I went back home angry thinking they made a mistake. I found I forgot to push the complete button. oops my bad. They were very gracious about my mistake though. If they make a mistake they own it and make up for it. I ordered a pizza one time and it took forever for some reason and this time it was their bad. They apologized profusely, gave me a cookie and by the time I left with my pizza I was feeling good again. They do have good customer service. Food is great, what more can you ask for? read more

Ordered cheesesteak platter, specified no lettuce or tomato, just fried onions. They put tomato on and the 'fried onions' are only half cooked. Wish I had went with my instinct and ordered from a real sanwich shop. Sandwich was all roll, hardly any flavor other than the occasional taste of overcooked steak meat. read more
