Until, I couldn't. We all know you can't trust people to do what they say they're going to do and on top of that do it with integrity. I got Ron, like the name says, I got Lucky. I didn't get no attitude or BS from what I could tell. He came in, snaked my main sewer line and brought me the bad news of my pipe collapsing. Financially I was and am in a bad spot given the current job market in my field so it was hard to navigate. Ron was very professional and really walked me through everything. I could see if I didn't fix the problem it was going to be a bigger one. I have 3 little kids so have my hands full. I got no time to deal with sewage considering the hazards. On top of this I also got another guy that helped him, I don't recall his name but both of these guys got to work and got it done fast. I wanted to mention him because he has my sincere thanks for getting the job done too. Mind you, its the week before Thanksgiving. They didn't finish in the time they said ONLY because they ran into some obstacles as they dug up the concrete from the previous owner repairs. And they wanted to do the job right. Again, no BS because they brought me down and showed me exactly what they needed to do. Its logical and they could easily cover it up with concrete and make it my problem to deal with later. And I think thats what a lot of guys would do unfortunately. Take it from this review. Don't give these guys a hard time, ask questions, do your research and be respectful and I really believe they'll give you whats fair and some because its about integrity. Ask for Ron. The installation was over a day or two and the team was professional and knowledgable, they answered our questions and concerns. We love our new tub; then the air pump failed! I discovered that this is a frequent problem with hydro-tub air jets. I contacted Mark and the company where we purchased the tub. When Tanner was here they guided him through the air pump and its configurations. Tanner tested the air pump and confirmed that it was gone. The company sent us a new air pump. When the new air pump arrived Mark sent Tanner and Luka for the air pump installation. They were here a couple of hours and confirmed that the air pump functioned fully.

I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I will not be using Cummings Plumbing again and definitely would not recommend them to others.
