Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose.
