This company is a big scam. I was parked in the handicapped spot at shoprite. They wanted to tow my car because i didn't have a sticker. They told me they wouldn't tow it if I gave them $136. There were others in the handicapped parking spot that had no stickers. These guys waited on the side picking and choosing who to scam. They only accept cash with no receipt. I'm pretty sure they caught others doing this. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and the irs. read more

Lulu the manager was unresponsive to my emails and calls. Messages relayed to me were rude! Lacks customer service professionalism! I was inconvenienced through no fault of my own. They failed to provide a rental or any transportation while my car was being repaired They should not be on the roadside assistance list - so beware!!! read more

I go out to my 2019 Nissan Altima. The car won't start so I call for a tow not knowing the issue since I'm not mechanically inclined. They showed up right away and the driver was able to dissect the issue within minutes and say you only need a new battery. That was the issue. So no tow was needed. The driver "Josh" was more than helpful informing me of what to do and how to do it especially standing outside with me in the rain. I did end up being charged for a jump and being that the driver drove 20 miles which is completely fine. Again, having Josh there with his knowledge and expertise was a huge money saver!!!! I can't thank you enough. I was able to call my local mechanic and they were able to come right away with a new battery and do a swap for me. Again thank you to Josh!!! You're the man! read more

I had a issued with the ignition switch on my 2015 Road Glide .The switch would not release and it kept my front forks locked. I have Geico Insurance with towing and CARS was dispatched. This was not and easy tow,as the front end was locked . The tow operator was a true professional and transported my Harley to the shop for repairs. On Saturday August 17th 2019 at 1PM their flatbed came up behind me at a high rate of speed and proceeded to tailgate me (about 3 feet off my bumper) for 3 miles. Luckily I didn't need to brake for anything as there would have been no time for him to stop behind me. At a stop sign I was able to snap a few pictures of the truck but not the reckless driver. Thankfully I got the plate number and DOT number (1767517)so as to report this company. How many people are harassed by this driver everyday I wonder.
