I trusted the people that worked at this establishment only hired the best so I was not concerned a 110.00 dollars later I went home poorer and cried when I got home. I have not been back. I wont go back either because I really felt that was a terrible thing to do to a good customer is turn them over to someone with so little experience in cutting hair especially at that price but even if it was free it would have been horrible ... know who cuts your hair.

Kim has been flexible (she's usually been able to get me in during the same week or two), and really open to my feedback. She also gives great advice about tone, texture, and cuts. I went to her shortly after moving to the Easy bay. The firs time she did a big change from what I had presently - 4 inches, and a long bob. I've been going to her since for trims as well as layers, and coloring. Her color placement is great, and grows out really naturally. I have light brown hair with natural highlights, and Kim enhances those with cool blond highlights, and cool chestnut lowlights to give dimension and shine. I'm glad I found Kim - would absolutely recommend her.
