Firstly she ran really late, brought her kids to work and then didn't tell me the door was jammed. so I sat outside waiting for 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment for her to open the door. When I finally went around back and came in I waited another 10 minutes for her to come out and start on my hair. She was so flustered and running late. With her kids running around. I should have left. But I didn't because I had planned this hair coloring with her for two months. I sent her pictures in advance of the color I wanted so she would have it in stock. But when I got there she couldn't seem to find the color. I waited again for 10 minutes just for her to get her swatches. She was likely on her phone again. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes while she was in the back trying to find the copper color I wanted. After all that advance notice she said she didn't think had it, but then found some. Then I wanted to do a test strip before she colored my whole hair but of course she didn't have time for that after starting 45 minutes late. So I trusted her to dye my hair and I should've! I wanted a light bright golden copper color and got dark brown cinnamon cherry color. I didn't want any brown in my hair at all! Seems she didn't have enough of the color I chose so she mixed up her own color and when I said it was too dark and not what I wanted. I asked her what happened and she got defensive and told me it would be lower maintenance. What?! Having my hair 5 shades darker then my natural color and the color I wanted is going to be much more noticeable when my roots grown out. She didn't pay attention to what I asked for at all! Decided to do something completely different without asking me or messed up and tried to cover her mistakes with excuses. She refused to apologize and refused to fix it and dropped me as a client. I'm appalled at her behavior and lack of customer service. I should never have trusted her to color my hair knowing how scatterbrained she is. I had been getting lash extensions from her for about a year. And several times during my lash fills she would stop to text on her phone. I'm paying by the hour and 5 minutes here and there adds up. So rude to be on your phone when you should be working on my lashes. She should not be on her phone at all unless it's an emergency. And Several times when I was in the middle of talking to her she would cut me off and start talking to her employee. Apparently she was listening to their conversation and not me. So extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm beyond disappointed with my hair and her customer service.
