Had a regular pest guy, came by like clockwork every month. Took care of the outside perimeter, inside the house, including the garage. Kept his eyes out for Sonoran desert weirdness (like termite mud tunnels, arachnid nests, beehives, rodents, etc). I was happy to pay him whatever he needed because he took care of our home the way I'd do. Unfortunately, he lost his mind and moved to Phoenix, so I needed someone new. Premier had good reviews, so I gave a call. First time was complicated; I left a message at the office, and, after a coupla days, I followed up. Talked with a nice guy who gave me the cell phone number of the tech in my area; I needed to call him. Odd, but OK; he came by and told me how Premier works. Thought we'd agreed that he'd come by every six weeks, letting me know in advance before he shows up. Eight weeks later, I'm calling him; no reply. Reach out to the office again, and it's the same thing: Call a different tech's cell phone and schedule directly with him. Once again, he comes out, I think we're agreeing he'll be there every six weeks, he leaves. It's winter; not a lot of bug or critter activity, so I don't notice that it's been nearly four months since I've seen the guy. I log into my account at Premier's website, and see I'm right: He's not been back. On my account dashboard, there's a place for future visits, but there's nothing scheduled, and there's no way for me to add anything. So, I've gotta go back to calling these guys. Why would I do that? I'll pay their (not inexpensive) fee on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, but I need to chase them? At least three times I've told them I'd like to be on a regular schedule, but it's not working. I picked Premier because their reviews were good and they're veteran-owned. Unfortunately, I value reliability and have to find someone else.

We called this company and the owner of the company (Erik) came out right away to take a look. He was very efficient and explained this extremely well. He was able to return a few days later and get the work taken care of in about 3 hours. My mom is quite elderly and has trouble understanding things, but Erik explained things well so she was reassured. He had a great way of dealing with her (and me). I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. He wasn't pushy or hypey. Did a great job - high quality. Great to work with him. We purchased the 5 year plan which was quite reasonably priced and will use him again when it's time.

We've been battling a mysterious pest issue at our new home and have cycled through multiple companies in town who tried, yet failed, to address it. After yet another sleepless night due to the pest noises in our wall recently, I did a Google search in a panic, desperately seeking SOMEONE who could help us finally resolve our problems. Pest Friends is new in town, but their reviews and website - and frankly, incredibly punny name - intrigued me. I reached out to them to make an inquiry and was almost immediately contacted by one of the owners. (Shout out to John for being so awesome!) Salomon came out for a free inspection the next day and we were so, so impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and friendly demeanor. He helped to identify several areas of concern - that the other companies missed - and also located wasp nests in our roof vents (something that two other companies failed to see or mention). We were impressed enough after our free inspection to hire the Pest Friends to some exclusion work and trapping. Salomon and Darrell came out to perform the removal of the wasp nests and exclusion work and were extremely thorough. They checked every nook and cranny and sealed up the roof exterior, spending 5-6 hours total on the job. (Again, keep in mind here we'd already had two other companies in town do this work, and they caught so many things that had been missed!) Salomon also placed some traps and we were able to bid adieu to several patio pack rats! If that didn't leave me impressed enough, Salomon has contacted us multiple times to follow up & to see if we had other issues. We've been so happy with their service that we cancelled our contact with a bigger company in town and also hired them on to perform our bi-monthly pest spray. (Oh - and they're cheaper, too.) I would highly recommend this company, and Salomon and Darrell specifically, for any pest issues or maintenance. They are kind, professional, and throrough, and scheduling is easy and efficient. The company is small and it's clear they value their employees - and in turn, the employees clearly value customer service and taking care of their clients. Not the folks you should use if you have pack rats. Period…read more When we called for rodents in the attic we were told multiple times that they would not remediate or mitigate any intrusions. Okay okay we get it, you only set traps. Great. Anthony came out to provide an estimate ($450), walked the back yard and found a nest above our kitchen window - and didn't check the roof any where else. He told us explicitly they would be out every couple of days to check the traps. His specific example was they'd set the traps Friday, check Monday. Traps set around the yard on a Friday and they came back on Wednesday - five days later after we called about how much time had passed. We also said they were still in the attic. No one checked in the attic, other sections of the roof, got on a ladder, nothing. Rick said that he'd schedule a trap check for the following Friday which would have been 9 days later. That's when we were done. $450 dollars to set five traps and not come back for 5 or 9 days is absurd. When they do come, they check the trap, squeeze in more bait and bail. Five minutes max. It was a waste of time and money. Of note: Mr. Pack Rat came shortly thereafter, checked the roof with the nest and informed us that rats hadn't entered the house there. He checked the entire roofline and found the point of entry on the other side of the house and screened the hole that was in the plywood - something Pest Friends completely missed and wouldn't have done. He came out daily to check our traps, caught multiple rats, cleaned out the nest under the roof tiles and replaced them, remediated all of it until the roofers could fix the damage.

This review is in response to the 1 star untrue statement from Celeste V. I am the neighbor in her…read morestatement. We have had bee's coming from her home for over a year. The house is vacant and now belongs to the heirs. I found American Bee Control and gave one of the heirs the phone number. They agreed to the estimate for bee removal. Greg advised me that he only gives estimates based on what they might find during the removal. They found 2 hives. They were here till almost 9pm removing the first giant hive. The entire day the bees were dive-bombing and coming after us and our animals. At one point we had to hide in the garage. The heirs were informed it would cost 200 dollars more for the second hive and a return trip. They refused and went off on the bee company saying they didn't finish the job. Instead of working it out there is now a full blown war against American Bee Control with bad reviews. The house and property has gone into disrepair and is vacant, still full of bee's under the house. This has been happening for over a year. Always question a bad review, they are not always true. Sidenote: Greg from American Bee Control talked to me for almost 40 minutes when I was searching for bee removal. We were originally going to pay for the removal. We couldn't take it anymore with the bees. I texted his number to one of the owners and they took it from there.
