The day that we go to pick up our vehicle, they tell us 30 minutes before our pick up time that they can't rent to us. Apparently we have a past due balance from 2021, which cool great we'll pay it. They then inform us (after I asked several times and they said paying with a debit card is no problem) that we can't pay with a debit card when renting anything with a 3rd row. So instead of telling us all of this maybe the three times I spoke to them before the time of pick up so that we could have resolved any issues before our trip, they let us know as we're on our way to pick up the car. We have 4 kids and must have a 3rd row but all of our credit cards have a $500 limit. Get your shit together enterprise or at least figure out a way to help your customers.

I went to the rental place to see what was going on. The ignoramus that was working there had the audacity to "try and catch his breath" when I inquired as to why the charges were still pending. There was only one van sitting outside and he tried to give me some bull excuse that there were 2 vans sitting there. Ugh no, I parked right next to the van that I dropped off. After he searched for the keys, all the while huffing and puffing under his breath, he finally pulled up my account. I asked him what the final charges were, and still ROLLING HIS EYES, he told me the charges. Now, this review WOULD NOT have been written if he had just kept his ATTITUDE in check. I have worked in CUSTOMER SERVICE for years and his LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE was and will always be UNACCEPTABLE. Having a bad day, SO WHAT. Pissed at the previous customer, SO WHAT. Our mechanic was replacing our…read morepads and rotors today, and on the rear passenger wheel, 3 of the lug nuts were seized and snapped off while attempting removal. In 50+ years of changing tires, I have never seen such an issue. Whoever it was at Firestone must have put on these lug nuts so tight that it caused them to seize on the threads. As a result, more expense for us. This is far from the first issue we have had with these "technicians" at Firestone Longview. They are careless clowns.
