We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. I drove up from LA and I had a low oil pressure warning go off in my 2005 Audi late last night. The…read morenext morning, I spoke with Jason on the phone before I took my car there. He was very upfront about the pricing and from our discussion it seemed that he knew a bit about Audi the potential problems. I took my car there earlier today and Jason plugged in the computers and found that the car wasn't generating any error codes. He actually worked on the car for quite some time because an oil pressure warning is a potential big problem. Instead of trying to gouged me or get me to pay him for possibly helpful services, he was completely honest and gave me several possible scenarios. None of which actually benefited him because he wouldn't make a cent. Also, he didn't charge me for any diagnostic fee which I really appreciated.
