We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

With her car stuck there was no access to pull into the driveway. I requested roadside through our insurance company. They scheduled to come out the following morning. Mustafa called my mom and let her know his ETA, called when he was close to the house & had no issue assisting us in this pickle. He was able to get the car off the retaining wall without any damage (and I told him I didn't care if we hurt the bumper or side panel as long as we got it free) and helped get it up out steep driveway.
