Arriving- They are just off US Route 27 Southbound, very near all the Avon Park fast food places. If it's busy, park over to the left of the building. Ambience- The business has posted great photos, so I won't reinvent the wheel. The waiting room is basic and clean and most importantly, the chairs are comfortable. Customer Service- Solid as a rock! I blame the owner for his excellent hiring skills! Towing- 24/7, 365 days a year! Even if you're an impaired driver on New Year's Eve, these are your guys! Check their map on Yelp for the area they cover. Services- If it grinds or squeals or thunks or just plain fails, these guys will figure it out. Of course, they do regular service every X thousand miles. You know the deal. Pricing & Value- I'm like most folks. After about three hours of waiting and several phone calls, we attempted yet again to jump start the car with my vehicle. Michael and his colleague from A1 Towing Ops happened to stop by for gas and asked if we wanted to borrow their bigger cables to get the car charged quicker. After chatting with them a bit, they agreed it was likely the alternator and a tow was needed. Since the other company never showed, they agreed to tow the car to our house, about an hour away (and out of their way) at almost 9pm. When we got to our house, they brought the car all the way to the back of our long and narrow driveway. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and going out of their way to help us out at such an inconvenient hour. We were so thankful for them even offering to help us jump the car, and beyond grateful that they agreed to tow the car all the way back to our house.
