"His employees are more friendly than the other shops in town." "I can get what I want done without that horrible upselling I get from other shops." "His prices are really fair." I could go on! Arriving- They are just off US Route 27 Southbound, very near all the Avon Park fast food places. If it's busy, park over to the left of the building. Ambience- The business has posted great photos, so I won't reinvent the wheel. The waiting room is basic and clean and most importantly, the chairs are comfortable. Customer Service- Solid as a rock! I blame the owner for his excellent hiring skills! Towing- 24/7, 365 days a year! Even if you're an impaired driver on New Year's Eve, these are your guys! Check their map on Yelp for the area they cover. Services- If it grinds or squeals or thunks or just plain fails, these guys will figure it out. Of course, they do regular service every X thousand miles. You know the deal. Pricing & Value- I'm like most folks. If I get something done, I will mention the price to my friends and neighbors to compare. Every time I smile! Conclusion- In my opinion, your chances of having a fine experience here are very high.

When I came to retrieve my car asked the guy to look in my laptop bag in the front seat for my wallet he said it was not there. And neither was my laptop. I paid $1400, got to my car and it was TRASHED! id done laundry nice folded in baskets. It was everywhere. My new samsung z flip was gone, a new meta quest 3 that was in a zippered box in the backseat floorboard, only the box with a broken handle. Cash in the armrest and even laundry quarters in the tray were gone as well. I call police they say call them I call them they say call police. This was labor day last year. Im posting this now because I've been so disgusted. I paid them over 1400 for tow storage and my personal property worth 3500 stolen. It took me days and days in the summer heat to clean the mess the thief made to be sure my things were actually gone. So if you're missing your stuff from your car, you're not the only victim and they don't give af. I HATE thieves, that's the lowest form of human.

I needed some paint work done on my 2018 Corvette. The sun had begun to fade the paint. Artistic is…read morevery well known for the quality of their work. They painted the car, completely, with the exception of a few lower panels. When I picked the car up, the paint job was excellent, as expected. BUT, after I got home with it, later that day, I was going over the paint job, and I noticed that both side windows, had been cleaned with some type of solvent. When I took the car back to show them, they INSTANTLY told me that the damage was from the sun. Come on, I was born at night, but not last night. The following weekend, I took the car to a couple of Corvette shows, with the windows down, I pointed out the damage, and told everyone, who did the paint job. I also told them that the reps from the body shop, both said that it was from the sun. Every person who stopped to look at the paint job, also stated, what I already knew, the damage is not from the sun, but a solvent. I waited for the phone call, to straighten this issue up. The NEW OWNER, never called me. Steve would have called the first day, and corrected the problem. The new owner,"Red", bought it from Steve, but doesn't run the business like Steve. The same employees are there, so the paint work, is still very good, but the customer relations, is gone. Steve took care of you. This new guy, appears that he's just after the money. I sought the advice of a large law firm. What they told me is, "if they are going to lie to me, and not take responsibility for what his employees actions, is not a place that can be trusted. I would expect any employee, admit their mistake, but Reds employee did not admit it. So, in the future, any kind of body work, on any of my cars, will NOT be done at Reds. I want to do business with companies that are honest, regardless of fault, on large, or small issues. I will continue to point this out to my friends, and people at car shows. I found pictures from before they painted it. But the pictures are not clear enough to see. I've always worked for companies, that were straight up honest companies. If I messed up, I told the truth, and it was corrected, with no repercussions against me. We were honest. At the body shop, when I went there to show them, one of the office girls told me to use Laquita thinner on the paint, to remove overspray. I STOPPED HER FROM DOING THAT, but I should have just let her do it. So, bottom line is, myself and a lot of people that I know, will no longer use, REDS, Artistic bodywork's in Sebring, Florida, Hwy 27, THE PAINT JOB IS VERY NICE, the HONESTY, is now gone. I worked my career being honest to customers, my parents taught me to be honest, and to not lie to people.
