We were given a written out‑the‑door price of $47,000 that included a service contract at no additional cost. However, when the final contract was presented, the service contract appeared as a $2,984 added charge with no discount or price reduction to offset it. When I questioned the discrepancy, the dealership tried to explain verbally that they "discounted the truck to offset the service contract," but no such discount appears anywhere in the paperwork. The contract does not match the written agreement we were provided. I also requested that all communication be in writing and asked them not to call me. They continued calling, texting, and emailing after that request. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and provided all documentation. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

After about an hour and a half I was informed that it was repaired and they replaced the fuse. I was presented with a bill for $254 without any estimate prior to work being done. The detail was an hour labor for $189, a part for $15.43, a miscellaneous charge of $33.14 and $16.63 taxes. This is outrageous. $254 to change a fuse??? I live in a community very close to this dealer and will be certain to give them more than that amount of advertising about their service charges being outrageous. In addition I called the service manager the next morning to complain. He was busy. I left a message and now it is two days later and I have not received a call back.
