The staff at Patton Christmas Trees made the entire experience incredibly easy and enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and after a few minutes of browsing, one of the owners (I believe she was one of the owners) came over to help. We explained that we were looking for a smaller tree that would fit in our apartment, and she immediately showed us the tabletop-sized options. She even went to the back to bring out two more trees for us to consider! She was happy to keep bringing out more until we found the perfect fit, but thankfully, we found our tree right away. We also purchased a tree stand at a very reasonable price. This was my first time buying a real Christmas tree, and Patton Christmas Trees made it an amazing experience. Our tree is now decorated and looks absolutely beautiful! This was a great start to a new Christmas tradition for us. read more

This is our second year to get a live tree. We always have friendly service and the trees seem to be very fresh. Our tree last year lasted until Christmas and we purchased it the day after Thanksgiving. I was shocked to see hardly any needles falling from our tree. This was my biggest worry with a real tree. They have a military discount too! I'm so glad they support our troops and will continue to get our tree from here. Prices are what you would expect for a good quality tree. Try to get one from inside the tent since they are in the shade and will last longer. read more

Loved our experience here! It was so beautiful, and the man who helped us was very kind. They bagged our tree for us because we were driving a bit. They also can strap the tree to your roof for you and provide the rope for free as well. They even gave us a cutting from our tree trunk to use as a diy Christmas ornament. My wife and I had a great experience picking out the tree and working with the on-site staff. Delivery was intended to be next day, however, we asked to move it a day later. On the initial day of delivery, text began at just before 3 pm and by 6 pm we were informed that our tree wasn't dry yet??? Poor communication with regards to delivery. No communication relative to timeframe. Text was sent at 2:09 pm stating that "they" were on their way. I'm in a hospital tending to my Wife and by 3:05 pm, the delivery was at our door and stated that they waited for 30 minutes, attempted to call. No instructions as to what needed to happen. The tree looks like shit in several areas. Basically, we paid over $500 for poor communication and customer service. Not to mention the Owner asked if I'd like a refund for the delivery. As a Customer, I shouldn't have to request a refund for a botched delivery. At the end of the day, the Owner couldn't figure out how to refund the $100 delivery charge and asked for a venmo or zelle solution. I'm not willing to share additional information when the company already has my credit card purchase, address, name, etc. read more

Patton opened another tent at Casa Linda Shopping Center. I usually go to Lakewood but thought I would try this one since I bought a house at Winfrey Point. Boy, what a terrible experience! It was pretty dead when we went on Tuesday night. After walking around for about 10 minutes, I asked if someone could help us. A guy came over and I asked him the best deal he could give me on an 8' tree. He said $10 off. The tree was marked $189.00 and I said $179.00 is still too high. He said hold on a minute, let me ask. Another 10 minutes passed and another guy came over, he had an attitude, "Yeah, what do you want?" I said we didn't get treated this way in Lakewood, and he turned around and said while walking off, "Go to my dad's then. I don't care." I could not believe he was so rude! I was stunned. We left. Pretty bad experience and such a shame. Ended up getting a tree from another vendor. I posted this in 2017/2018. read more

Charming Christmas tree shop! They had various types of trees in a variety of sizes. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful - making my tree shopping a breeze! Tree stands are also available for purchase. They placed my tree on the stand and loaded it into my vehicle. I purchased one of the less fragrant (but longer lasting) trees so they suggested I purchase some garland. The garland smells lovely and adds that "Christmas smell" to the entire house. I have used Payton for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed until this year. We paid $200 for our tree this year. The tree looked beautiful until a few days before Christmas and the tree just dried up overnight. The tree was always watered so that is not the issue. The tree must come down soon because it is now a hazard. So disappointed. read more
