The next day I made an appointment for duct cleaning at my daughter's house the following Thursday at 9:30 and they DID NOT SHOW UP. No phone call. Just a no show. I called the owner, Marshall, in Arden and he hurriedly mentioned possible car trouble saying he would reach out to Greensboro team and get right back to me. NO CALL BACK.
