And also the fact that the electrical box was already split into two zones on the back end with a tie bar -- making it very easy for them to do what they need to do. Extremely unethical business practices -- Buyer Beware!…read more This company operates in a completely unprofessional and shady manner. They present themselves as a project management firm, but all of the work is subcontracted to unverified, unvetted contractors -- many of whom do not speak English -- making communication and accountability nearly impossible. When problems arise, good luck getting a hold of anyone. They are unresponsive and evasive. Most concerning, they attempted to take advantage of my 78-year-old mother -- just one month after she lost her husband. The original project scope included addressing mold from a leaky roof: removing and replacing sheet rock, trim, and repainting. After quoting the insurance company for this full scope of work, they unilaterally reduced the job to about one-third of the original work -- but still demanded 100% of the original quoted price. Their logic of doing a fraction of the work but charging the full price is not only wrong, it is highly unethical. Taking advantage of a grieving, recently widowed senior is unconscionable. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism -- look elsewhere. This company is not to be trusted.

Dry Pros installed a drainage control system. Since then our basement has been "bone dry" with absolutely no damp basement odor. 2. We had a major mold problem in the lower level of our home, the result of water from an air conditioner malfunction. Dry Pros eliminated the mold from floor, walls, ceiling and attached fixtures. It also took all portable items (furniture, a major doll collection and other movable items to its facility, successfully treated them there and returned them. The above work was done promptly and within the original budget(s). Dry Pros has earned our highest recommendation for highest quality performance at reasonable cost.

Then they tried to skirt the system and not have the trusses inspected. Donny - been doing this my whole career- tried to play dumb and was a jerk. I had to hire a structural engineer, I had to find all their mistakes to get them to fix it, and it put me behind another month. All because they took on too many jobs, money hungry, while people are just trying to rebuild and MOVE HOME after their home was destroyed.
