I live in El Dorado Hills so it was very convenient to go see him at his Folsom office. After my PCP sent the referral, I was called by Dr. Robbins office staff to schedule the appointment. The Girl I spoke to was very pleasant and informative. The scheduling process only took about 2 minutes. I was please to know I didn't have to drive all over town to get my films. They took care of that for me. I was scheduled within 1 week. Other offices I called were scheduling 2 months out. When I arrived for my appointment, The receptionist was very attentive and kind. I did not have to wait more the 10mins to be seen. When I was called back I went straight to the Dr.s Office, not shoved in an exam room to wait for an hour. The Dr. Was very patient when asking me about my history. He showed me my films and went over them with me. He explained everything to me very clearly so I could understand what I was looking at. After he examined me, he went over all my question and explained in great detail what my options were. At the end of my appointment I was directed out to his patient care coordinator. She provided my with lots of literature and was very kind. My overall experience with this office was top notch. I was very happy and will recommend all my family and friends who are need of a neurosurgeon to Dr. Robbins.
