This is a big value add and his rates are quite reasonable. I even asked him to give me a quote for some front and backyard improvements so I hope to expand the scope of his work at my house soon because I think his quote is very fair. Good stuff first: when they do come, they are very efficient and go a great job…read more Bad stuff: we had an incredibly rocky start and end with this company. We used them about 6-7 months. To begin, they didn't show up the first time they were scheduled to and came really late at night to tell us they'll have to come back the next day. When they did come back the next day, while no one was home, they failed to note down that we had undone the lock on our gate that all they had to do was pull it open and it would unlatch. I had mentioned this the night before but Euless did not write it down or remember. When he thought the gate was still locked, he called in an angry attitude that our service was cancelled. Eventually we worked that out and had a decent few months were everything was smooth. Then randomly in March, Euless text me about biweekly service, insinuating that we had been on a biweekly service the whole time. This was incorrect as we had been on a monthly service since the beginning. Eventually we resolved that even though he tried to attempt to make it out as if I was changing our service schedule when he had just been mistaken. Then, in may, he decided not to come without contacting us. When I text about the schedule, he mentioned he cannot do monthly service routines anymore. He did not communicate this until we were past due for service. It seems he wouldn't have said anything if we didn't text him. When they show up = great. But the communication and respect was lacking on our end; I tried to be as kind as possible in these circumstances.
