When I smacked my car into a deer on the 613, who helped me get back into my car when I couldn't open the driver's side door? That's right...Reinhart. So for the year and a half that I've been in Ohio, they've helped me out significantly in a timely and friendly manner. On a dark winters night my husband was on his way to work, it had been raining for some time now, as a matter of fact it had been raining for many days. He took his normal route to work and spotted the high water sign, now mind you, My husband works third shift and it was dark, and by the time he had hit the water it was to late, the van had stalled ca-chunk-dead it was bricked. Luckily there were people home not far from where he had hit the water and a nice gentleman loaned my husband a pair of wading boots and went and got his truck and pulled him out. Now by this point unbeknownst to my husband, the nice gentleman's wife had called the sheriff to come and take care of the rest of the "situation". So Said Sheriff arrives gives my husband absolutely 0 time to call anyone and just calls Reinhart to make the tow. Now My husband had not asked for said sheriff to do so, and when Reinhart arrived my husband made sure to inform both of the gentlemen in the cab of the truck that he didn't have money for their services. Now one cannot feign stupidity here and tell me well I didn't know that meant he didn't want towed! They went ahead and put the van up on the flatbed anyhow. So my husband asked them to stop by the house so he could drop off his things and also he wanted the van dropped here. now this is where I came in. I came out side to say the least at this point I was beyond livid, and told them that what they were doing wasn't right and they knew it. That in order for me to pay this whole bill up front I was going to have to forgo buying groceries for my children and I would have to forgo my lupus medication and my fibromyalgia medication and my migraine medication. One of the "men" told me if you can't handle your finances that's your fault, yes because I went and got sick just to screw up our finances... (eye roll) So at this point I told them isn't there a payment plan we can set up then he accused me of trying not to pay my bills. That's when my father in law came out and told them that what they were trying to charge us for the tow was ridiculous and the other guy told my f-i-l to go out and buy a $65.000 rollback then you can go and charge people what ever fees you want. see what I mean just out right rude. so if you can help it please do not do business with these people.

On thanksgiving day I experienced a non responsive car that resulted in me having to get a jump…read more With it being the holiday, I had to wait until the following day to take it to Autozone to get my battery tested and to sort out the issue. When I arrived to the store I was greeted by two people and the second person at the counter assisted me. She hooked the machine up to my battery and told me that my battery was working fine and that I may be experiencing issues with my starter instead. My brain went into survival mode because I was thinking of getting back home which was two hours away, I was thinking about possible cost for the starter issue and how I would make it to work on the following day; needless to say I was in a panic! So she tells me that I may have to push some button under the hood to aid me with my issue, I asked her to show me where this button was and we went back outside to find it. While we were outside the other gentleman that was behind the counter, comes out to tell us that it was in fact an issue with my battery . Thankfully he picked up her machine and reviewed the data and was able to deduct that my battery wasn't working properly. I'm thinking of a pleasant way to end this review and I have nothing; thanks for making my blood pressure rise and then solving the problem ‍.

We worked with Shawn, Mike, and Sunny. This place was amazing! We drove from Fort Wayne because…read morethey had a color we wanted that no one else nearby had. I had an unusual offer that required some additional work to figure out but they handled it with aplomb. Mike and Sunny took the time to respond to several emails and calls over the course of a couple of days, answering all questions and promising to find an answer if they had none. Once we got there to sign the paperwork, we were greeted by Shawn. He is very lighthearted and jovial and just a nice dude. He took the time to give us a quick rundown of the features of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything we needed to know about how to operate it. It was then revealed to us that they didn't actually have one of the accessories that we had asked for, but they had sent someone to drive to Toledo to acquire it from another dealership, and that he would be back any minute. Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, we met with Sunny to sign all the paperwork, and she was such a joy to work with. Very personable and kind, we honestly spent half the time just talking and telling personal stories. After all was said and done, Sunny handed us the keys and we went out to the car to find Shawn running the AC to cool it down for us. We said goodbye and started the drive back to Fort Wayne. Oh, and did I mention that everyone stayed 2 hours after close to make sure we were all set and good to go? Unbelievable service!
