I did buy it in the winter which is understandable but I called the owner to try and figure it out and he stated that he tested it in the garage (during the winter). So I don't think that would be an accurate testing plus to add onto that, make sure that you can get the AC warranty if you decide to come here (don't recommend doing so anyway). Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. I'm genuinely upset because this could've been avoided if they would inspect their vehicles better. But that's just me I guess.

I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! I Took it back to the and they said it was our fault and we must've accidentally touched a button that caused this problem from slipping from automatic to manual. We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. Then I wanted to trade for another vehicle of which it took forever to get any kind of value for this car I just purchased from them not too long before. Yes I lost everything with my trade in car and MORE! If you are deciding to go to this place of business, I'd be very very skeptical and be very aware of what you are getting into. The Ford Company put a extended 10 year warranty on the power steering cause they knew they had an issue. The power steering completely went out (in year 11) and now Reineke Tiffin Ford wants to fix it for $2,650. If they would of did the right thing 3 yrs ago it was covered under extended warranty. Baumann Chevrolet has been very accommodating with exceptional service that is timely, cost effective, and professional completed. On another instance, my BMW X5 hit a deer. Again, no BMW dealer here on the Island. Baumann put the vehicle up on their hoist and did a complete examination of the undercarriage for any damage. Fortunately, there was none. My fee for this: $0.00. I think their Service Department does a good job and sincerely tries to accommodate their customers.
