This time, Louis came out, and we all determined that it was time to replace the shower valves to avoid a future issue. Louis was kind, honest, fair, communicative, and wildly funny! He came back at a later date to cut access panels for our showers, replaced the valves, and cleaned up afterwards. You can't go wrong with 1-Tom-Plumber.

He was very stand offish and acted uninterested in hearing what I had to say. This was not a sales call but to help bring in more revenue for their company. He wouldn't even let me speak before cutting me off and then I heard the phone ring in the background and before I could say anything he goes "gotta call you back " and he hung up on me. He didn't ask my name or my call back number. Not a way to do business at all . I must say I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I then was completely ignored. After repeated calls speaking with the office person which told me that the estimate was on the desk or that I would be contacted. If this is the type of service that you give I will not be using or recommending this company again. I do understand why the rating are not any better.

He was training a new gentlemen during several of the visits to my home. He was very purposeful and professional even while training. We will say until we are blue in the face just how truly thankful we are for Brad, Tyrone and everyone we have dealt with at Serv Pro of Madison County. The respect they showed us and our home was top notch. I was shocked to see people who genuinely seemed to care about our situation as much as we did, plus to care about getting our home right again.
