The production manager a Ms L Evans did so and told me that the claim may or may not be covered fine. When she was told that there would be no coverage of my claim I requested a price to fix it. I then was completely ignored. After repeated calls speaking with the office person which told me that the estimate was on the desk or that I would be contacted. Even though it was a holiday (The 4th of July), High Class was available. I called all around the Bay Area searching for someone to come help with the fireworks we saw in my aunts living room. I needed someone to remove the vomit my cousin threw up on the carpet. I have met and used the services of another guy in the area before, but they were not available either. I spoke to the owner Curtis about our needs and concerns of the kids running around the house. I didn't want them to track it further through the house. He listened and said he would come out himself with an employee to help us out. I kept everyone away from it during our party. Now he and his staff were with their families as well. However, like the fire department High Class knew they were in the business of helping people in need. I called at about 1250pm.................Curtis and his team arrived in uniform at exactly 125pm. Our family was very surprised by the timeframe. 35 MINUTES!
