In May I had follow up test and I had to choose a new cardiologist. The receptionist was rude, when she scheduled the date with the -earliest available Dr. Dr. Chen turned out to be a caring Dr and my visit was informative. However, communication re: activity level, prescription insurance issues, taking other prescriptions has gone unanswered. This is where real care needs to take place. I have messaged through the portal, left VM message on weekend/afterhours, spoke with intake personal for over a week and have not received a response. If you can't communicate effectively to your patients, it doesn't matter how knowledgeable you as a Cardiologist or a practice. I will not refer anyone I care for to this practice.

Nicole came to get me for my ultrasound. I cannot express the sweet soul she is. She made me feel so comfortable for the procedure, and any questions I had she answered them in the way I would understand. By the time all my questions were answered I felt like I worked there.
