Paul agreed to do work on my parent's house as they moved out of state for medical reasons. He charged me for work done - only for me to find out from my realtor that he didn't do the work at all. We called Ace Robbins for a repair to find out they no longer do plumbing repairs. Asked them for a list of local plumbers, and Paul Eveland was first on their list. I called him and a few others (it was during the long run of sub-zero temps, so I figured most plumbers were very busy and thought I'd use whomever returned my call first). Paul called and said he could be out the next day. (WOW!) So he came out but didn't have the skinnier pipe that my job needed (supply line from wall to toilet sprung a pin-hole that DH temporarily patched with some plumber's tape). Apparently most supply lines are 5/8 inch, and my line was 1/2", something like that. So he ordered the new piece and came back the next day with the proper pipe and fixed the problem. He even cleaned up the area, too, which I didn't expect. AND he gave each of my dogs some personal attention once he was done (our dogs think anyone who comes to the house are coming to visit them. One even snuck upstairs when he was working and tried to help him... sorry, Paul!) It's been a few months and of course, the job has held up perfectly. Paul is kind and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and is reasonable in price. I highly recommend him! read more

I found Paul through friends who recommended hom. He was very courteous and on time for his estimate. Made an appointment for last Monday 8 am and he was a no show and no call. My wife finally reached him and he said he had vehicle issue's and rescheduled for today 8 am and again no show no call!!! Very unprofessional I would not recommend him!! read more
