They told me they would try and move some things around and they called me back within an hour with a same day appointment. When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day. I'm super grateful to Dr Plecas and his team for accommodating me when I needed help, and making sure they took the time to work through it all. They are always super nice, non-judgemental and take great care of their team and staff. I called twice and never got a call back. The dentist was supposed to prescribe Xanax since he doesn't provide sleeping gas. We were told it would be called in 2 days prior to the root canal. Fast forward to the morning of the root canal, they left us a voicemail saying the prescription was called in. I go to Walgreens...wouldn't you know...NO PRESCRIPTION. Now it is 45 minutes until her appt. I call the office to let them know that it hasn't been called in. They kept me on hold for 13 min. I finally hung up and drove to their office just o find out..oops, they just called it in. THEN the worst part comes. Both my daughter and I inform them she has terrible TMJ and needs a break to close her mouth every 10-15 minutes. Sure, ok, no problem we are told. NOPE, once they started, they NEVER stopped. She was crying in pain and they just kept saying we can't stop. "The mouth guard won't be sanitary anymore". SO use a NEW one, like other better dentists do!!! NEVER ever again will we or anyone else we know, will ever go there again!!!!

My dentist and hygienist are both incredibly caring and kind.
