Fast forward to the morning of the root canal, they left us a voicemail saying the prescription was called in. I go to Walgreens...wouldn't you know...NO PRESCRIPTION. Now it is 45 minutes until her appt. I call the office to let them know that it hasn't been called in. They kept me on hold for 13 min. I finally hung up and drove to their office just o find out..oops, they just called it in. THEN the worst part comes. Both my daughter and I inform them she has terrible TMJ and needs a break to close her mouth every 10-15 minutes. Sure, ok, no problem we are told. NOPE, once they started, they NEVER stopped. She was crying in pain and they just kept saying we can't stop. "The mouth guard won't be sanitary anymore". SO use a NEW one, like other better dentists do!!! NEVER ever again will we or anyone else we know, will ever go there again!!!!

There is a guest bathroom just behind the coffee area. Remember the cookie basket and bottled water? Still there. So is the coffee machine and a children's area. It's full of the same friendly faces from the old location which is awesome. I loved the staff before so I am glad they all were willing to make the move. My dentist and hygienist are both incredibly caring and kind. Everyone, from the folks at the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists themselves work to make this a warm and welcoming environment. Since then, my husband, son, and both my parents have begun coming here. And, all with the same rave reports. Between us all, we've seen three different dentists and we've all been incredibly pleased with the care we've received. They also have an in house periodontist, which is helpful if the need should arise (rather than having to navigate going to an entirely different office). Dr. Van Ryn, his secretary Jaylin, and his various assistants are exactly what I was looking for in my dental care. I have had a lot of work done over the years and needed to find a place I could return for regular maintenance. I couldn't be happier with them. They are patient, attentive, caring, detail-oriented, and customer service oriented. One salient example of their 10/10 status occurred when I submitted the wrong version of my Delta Dental insurance. The covered amount of my root canal was therefore miscalculated, and I was surprised to receive an automatic email saying I needed to pay several hundred more. When I brought this up to Jaylin, he conferred with Dr. Van Ryn and said "don't worry about giving us more money; it was our duty to make sure we were submitting to the correct insurance." I was blown away. The cleaning was very thorough, the endodontist recommendation was fantastic, and the crown was well-made. Dr. Van Ryn is fantastic at finding nerves to numb you up fast. He's also efficient with his time, and you're not in the chair for long. Please ignore the 1-star reviews about former staff membes and come to this clinic for your dental care.
