The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop. After she brought her car out of there, all of the hoses had been disconnected and not put back together. They charged her for changing the oil, then didn't do it and they refused to use parts she had onhand, saying that they only got parts from their own suppliers.
