While you wait on your car they also give you a free soft drink or water. They do all the normal things like check your ail filters, tire pressure, etc. Another service that was given was they vacuum out the car while they change your oil, which was awesome. They were nice and courteous while I was there and didn't try to take advantage of me by trying to convince me that my car needed all of these services that my car doesn't really need. For the first time guest they give you a $3 discount and with every oil change they give you a free car wash. Cons: The only one was that inspections are only offered on Tuesdays. A guy comes out and I ask him "how much is an oil change?, and he says he'll tell me in a minute. He moves the orange cone blocking the entry and guides me in, after which he places the cone behind my truck and walks away, ignoring me. There is one small car ahead if me that they are working on. When it comes time for them to put oil in the car, a girl goes over to a stacked tank battery of interconnected pallet tanks and slowly fills a pitcher with whatever oil was in there from a spigot on the lowest tank. Filling the pitcher took her a full minute, after which she went back to the car they were working on and presumably put it in. They did much communicating with the 2 women that were sitting in the car, but after a good 15 minutes there was no indication that things were moving along, and the guy that blocked me in had still not come and answered my question of how much the oil change would be. I finally waved my arm out the window and got his attention, and he came over. "How much is an oil change going to cost?" I asked again. "About a hundred dollars for your truck." he replied. (And I'm sure that was for the cheap crap bulk oil.) "No thanks, let me out." I said, at which point he moved the cone, and I backed out having wasted about 20 minutes. When he dropped the cone back in the entrance, he dropped it with a "flourish" to demonstrate his disgust. My truck is a 2005 Silverado with the small gas V8. Mark was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Because i lived over 100 miles away, Mark helped me handle the entire deal over the phone. I told him what i would like for their car, how much i wanted for my trade and my down payment. He said, "let me see what i can do and when can you come in?". I showed up to Paris Chevrolet, thinking i was still in the negotiating process, but i was 100% wrong. Mark Ritchey had already gotten me everything i wanted and i was literally there to drop off my car and sign paperwork. As i walked in, everyone greeted me by name, like i had known them for years.
