It's paid, why am I getting this? My builder sent an email immediately with the receipt of the check. They suddenly went quiet and will not respond. Cowards. If it wasn't paid, why didn't they communicate it sooner? And how does my builder have proof of a cashed check if it isn't paid? The temperature in the house was about 72 degrees. The serviceman replaced my thermostat but said my unit needed some freon and something called air stop (?), but he didn't have any with him. He told me that he needed to turn the air off (so my unit wouldn't be damaged) and someone would come out Friday and finish the job. No one came out Friday. I called the company's phone number, but no one answered. I called several times Saturday morning (leaving voice messages), but no one returned my call. The temperature in my house has been around 85 degrees. It is miserable. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Took my $75 call out fee insisting on a check. We haven't heard from them since in 2 weeks, and are left with an A/C we can't run during Texas summer in the meantime. Tried calling them direct, no message returns (they did not answer). Finally reached a person at the office, who could find no records, and "seemed to remember they were waiting on parts" but was not able to pull up any information on the callout. She advised me to call the Home Warranty company to check. This appears to be a scam. I do not recommend using this company, and am asking the Home Warranty company to blacklist them and provide a replacement.
