Very friendly as she completed all of the online paperwork and very knowledgeable. Staff worked well together and you can tell they like what they are doing. Once the completed my taxes they filed electronically and I was all wrapped up. They offer some great options for audit protection so make sure to find out the details. Also, I switched from a different company and qualified for a $100 eCard. I would recommend!!!!!!

Not only did…read morethey miscalculate my father's state taxes owed by $3,000; the later corrected state $3,000 refund by the State of Alabama was unduly then taxable at the the federal marginal tax rate (undeserved double taxation burden on my father for their mistake) the following tax year. Plus, I specifically asked that that the owner (only CPA in the mix) review and sign my father's return. She did so, but she intentionally did not include her CPA designation which was my sole reason for the request. I now understand why. What an embarrassment to her profession.
