The office recording says she can't answer the phone because she's busy on the phone with other people. Yet every time we go to that office, the front desk receptionist does not appear to be that busy or on the phone. I have probably called that office 15 times in the last year and a half, and every time you get the phone recording. Nobody answers their phone. While I hate that I have to give Dr. Blakely four stars instead of five, her office staff is also a reflection on her.
