Rather than charging us the estimate out of pocket we would pay based on previous experience with Delta insurance they just put all of the bills on our credit card. You must pay thousands out of your pocket if you had a gum graft there. 2) They lie significantly. They told you that they used your palate for the graft surgery. But they did NOT take any palate; they simply cut your gum and sutured them together. 3) They lie and charge back. They told you that you would NOT be charged with an X-image since you would have more than $6000 in gum surgery. But later, they charge you. Even if you showed them their own writing. They ignore it and still charge you. 3) They cheated on reimbursement codes. They have poor business. For more income, they expanded to dental cleaning. But, they charge you for the dental cleaning exam as a gum disease exam, which is more expensive and NOT covered by the insurance, while a dental exam is covered by insurance. 4) They even charge you a soft dental brush for $5. 5) They ignore all the issues you confront them with and ask them to solve. They just sent the ongoing debating payment to a debt collector.

I underwent full-mouth dental implants with bone grafting and a sinus lift, something I had been told by other dentists and oral surgeons was impossible in my case. I was told I would have to live with partials, limitations, and a broken smile. Those words were devastating and left me feeling hopeless. From the very first visit, Dr. Constantin was different. He was honest -- he said it would be difficult -- but he also said something no one else would: that it was absolutely possible. That belief, paired with his skill and precision, changed everything. Today, I have the most beautiful smile I've ever had -- and the confidence to match. Every compliment I receive, I owe to Parkway Dental Center. Beyond the exceptional clinical work, what truly sets this practice apart is the heart of everyone there. From the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Constantin himself, they are thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring to every person who walks through their doors. You are treated as a human being, not a case number. Where others saw "no way," Parkway Dental Center found a way. If you have been told something is impossible, if you feel afraid, discouraged, or unheard -- this is the place to go. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Constantin and his incredible staff for giving me back my smile, my confidence, and my quality of life.
