My GP recommended Dr. Squatrito's office and I could not be happier that she did. The front desk was a welcoming and professional person. Sorry, but I can't remember her name. Kelsi, the PA, called me back promptly on time (first time ever for me in a physician's office) and efficiently did the background for Dr. Squatrito. After radiographs, Dr. Squatrito met with me. She impressed me as knowledgeable and patient-centric in her approach. We decided to monitor the condition for now. If it deteriorates, we will go with an orthotic insert and surgery only if absolutely necessary. I was impressed with the entire operation at BFA and would recommend them to anyone needing a podiatrist.

I have ZERO record in my call log of any call from your office.I have ZERO voice mails from your offices. I have all of this in my digital footprint.The kicker is also have a digital record of an appointment confirmation at 6 pm Monday night so I could tell you I am confirming the appointment.I also have a digital record of you asking me to begin the exhaustive check-in process online which I did yesterday. So everything we have a true record of indicates I had an appointment this morning. I found Emerald Coast Podiatry with great reviews and made an appointment. Dr. COSIMO A. RICCIARDI, DPM provided excellent care. After a few appointments, he introduced us to the Swift therapy which worked extremely well and also cleared up other warts (non plantar) my son had on his other foot. While this treatment wasn't covered by our insurance, it actually saved us from repeated visits if we continued on the traditional path we had been on. I was very impressed with the care we received.
