    Wish I could speak on Dr. Hsu however I never got to see her…read more Office doesn't answer phones, when I got frustrated and left an unkind message on my end, which I will admit wasn't my finest moment, I finally got a call back. They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. If you are unable to met demands it might be time to hire more hands or get a better system. My experience doesn't need to be everyone else's.

Highly recommended and she's got a strong following of other doctors and RNs who go to her as their primary care doctor. I can't say enough nice things about her and her staff. They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean. Trust me you'll love Dr Hsu and her great staff.

Last Monday, I saw the doctor for testing. After my appointment, I called the office because I had a question about the testing. I wanted to make sure I wasn't coming back the following Monday just to repeat tests I had already completed. Instead of simply delivering my message to the doctor, the receptionist told me that the skin test was more accurate than the blood test. I explained that I preferred to hear that directly from the doctor. She then told me she doesn't deliver messages and that she would "notate the account," but she never clearly explained whether the doctor would actually receive my message. She told me I could ask the doctor when I came in for my appointment. I explained that I didn't want to make the trip to the office if we were only going to repeat testing I had already done. Rather than helping me get my question to the doctor, she asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. It felt like she tried every option except the one I was requesting, which was simply to relay my message to the doctor. At that point, I became frustrated and told her I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and leave reviews online. Only then did she agree to deliver my message. What concerns me most is that it took threatening to file complaints before my request was taken seriously. I have never experienced customer service like this in a medical office. Since she works in a customer service role, I expected a simple request to have a message relayed to the doctor to be handled professionally. The doctor provided excellent care, but my experience with the front desk left me very disappointed.

    Update: According to the test I'm not allergic to anything. I've been waking up with swollen itchy…read moreeyes and sneezing, I thought it was makeup but on the test says I'm not allergic to anything??? I try to put this lipstick that I got maybe over a year ago to see if it was giving me allergy and it does make my eyes hurt few mins after I apply it. How can this not show on the test??!!! I don't know what's the exact ingredient that causes allergy reaction smh this sucks. For the record they are lipsticks/gloss from the maybelline brand. I noticed every time I put it? My eyes start hurting and wake up sneezing. They also said I'm not allergy to any food but when I eat mussels my body gets tingly and I have a hard time breathing??! Why is this not showing on the test. Is very confusing and the Drs are nice but the test didn't help me.

It took more than half an hour from my appointment time, for me to see him. Then when I finally got to meet him, he asked about my broken bone maybe a total of 30 seconds. And then he proceeded to ask me about my sexual life. He literally asked me about my sexual life more than he asked me about my possible broken bone. I thought it was really odd as I've never had a doctor ask me so many questions about my sex life. I told him I was married and then he told me I should use protection if ever I have an encounter outside of my marriage, like what? Seriously wtf?? He had a creepy smile the whole time too. So anyway, it didn't stop there. A few weeks later, I received a bill from them. Confused, I called my insurance, that whole thing in itself was quite the ordeal that I'm not going to get into. Basically, long story short, after being on the phone for over 2 hours and being passed around different people to talk to, it turned out that their office incorrectly billed ME instead of billing my medical group. What a nightmare. I immediately asked to have a different PCP right there and then. On top of all that, the front desk lady was quite rude. So word of advice, avoid this clinic and this guy at all cost.
