So I leave a voicemail. Of the four times I have called, I have only been called back twice. The first, while I was at work and could not pick up, the second right at 8 in the morning and I missed it. Tried calling back at the extension provided and right back to the voicemail box. I would love to comment on quality of care but I still have not even had a chance to speak to anyone in the office. This is insanely unprofessional and I am now reaching out to my primary care provider to go anywhere else because I do not trust them to be the care providers for a chronic condition if they can't even get an appointment scheduled in a reasonable manner.

He saved my mother's life on more than one occasion and yes, he actually looks at your file before making any judgments. In my case I had been complaining of being tired for years. Until I started seeing Dr. Wong. He read my chart and scheduled me for a sleep study. Turns out I have sleep Apnea. Every other doctor had assumed it was strictly my weight making me tired. Not Dr. Wong. He actually pays attention to your physical symptoms and does not base all his conclusions on one or two factors. EXCELLENT doctor!I.

I mentioned I had surgery and had been waiting to get some XRays done to be sure I didn't need another crazy surgery- she had the XRays done right on the spot! The office and staff were great- While I never actually pay attention to the receptionists (they aren't the ones I'm there to see) her assistants were marvelous. They scheduled appointments with my referrals, called in my prescriptions to the pharmacist and answered any last minute questions I had. I'm going to schedule with Dr Eppele from now on.

Doctors typically carry a God complex but this Doctor takes it way to far. My mom has been asking to speak with her Doctor since 6 am this morning by the time this particular doctor came it was around 10:45 am and that is because I had the nurse paige him. I physically had to go up to the hospital and go to the nurses station find the nurse and have her Paige him directly after she finally got a hold of the doctor he called her and was very curt on the phone with her kept cutting her off and being dismissive when she handed the phone to me he hung up and once he gets to the room he has an attitude as though we have inconvenienced him he kept saying he couldn't help her in regards to the tubes so after a couple of back-and-forth question I wanted to know what he could help her with since he was assigned to her as her doctor he immediately got offended and unassigned himself from her as her doctor just plain and simply said well I'm no longer her doctor then find another doctor you can find 200 doctors it wouldn't matter no one can help her but the surgeon and what kind of medical center would hire such an insensitive doctor I just don't get it He is by far the worst doctor I have ever come in contact with and I feel so sorry for any patient who has to deal with him any patient or family member who has to deal with him Lakewood regional medical center should be disappointed and even hiring him.

They staff was helpful gave advice, provided plenty of water and worked with me! I appreciated it. Super clean/nice establishment. Lobby was well set up. Patient room was nice. Restroom was clean. Definitely recommend for drug test (if your employer allows it) and urgent care needs.
