The coaches, front office staff and especially the owner are just fantastic. All coaches are different, with different styles and techniques. After each class the coaches come out and chat with the parents and if I've ever had a question or issue, I address them directly and every experience with that approach has been successful. Gymnastics is a different beast. This isn't soccer or flag football. This is an individual sport where precision counts. At some point, if your toes aren't pointed perfectly, that will be called out and worked on. This isn't to be taken personally, you either want your child to be able to take constructive criticism and work hard or quit, blame the coach and go play Roblox.

Never received those free classes. Cool that's ok. And now when it came down to cancel my membership i canceled 6/17 it's now three months later and I'm still getting charged. I emailed them, I spoke to Tracy and nothing was ever resolved she seemed like she was very apologetic and would resolve the issue but nope. Nothing ever happened. I've had to dispute every single time which is a pain because should I have to keep up with something that I canceled months ago.
