Let me start by saying both Dr. Horlick and Dr. Carvallo are excellent, thorough doctors. During a routine scan Dr. Horlick found pre-cancerous cells I didn't even know I had that could have been big trouble down the line but are now no big deal. But this review is as much for the office staff as for the doctors. Both my wife and children have had dermatologists that even in an emergency it seems like you can't get into the office for two weeks. The first time I ever called the office (my father is a longtime patient and recommended Dr. Horlick) I was able to get an appointment for the same day for a rash I had, even though the had never seen me before. When I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the medication he saw me again, same day that I called. The office staff could not be more accommodating... the times when I've needed an emergency appointment they've accommodated me same day every single time. The doctors are great. The staff is even better. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

You can call head if you want to check the wait time. I made an appointment online which was easy to follow the steps to request the appointment. Checking in was took a little bit of time since I was a new patient. You have to check in at the desk first and then you will be directed to use one of the many tablet kiosks to enter in the intake information. I saw Dr. Evelyn Greco at this location. She diagnosed my skin issue right away and prescribed me a creme that helped resolve my skin issues. She also gave great advice to deal with flare ups and recommended products to use everyday to help prevent flare ups. She also gave me some samples of lotion to take home. Had a great experience here and would return if I need to in the future.
