It is totally unprofessional and bizarre. I doubt the docs even know how their patients are being treated. They also use "hippa" to not talk to you and do not even know how HIPPA works. They refuse to relay info to the doc which is allowed under HIPPA. They cancel an appointment the day of and say they will call to reschedule but do not and when we call they are beyond rude again. I am a 24 hr a day caregiver to the patient who had 2 surgeries by Dr Osborn. The manager claims he had surgery at UCSF and yelled "I KNOW THIS CASE VERY WELL!!!" and obviously she does not as he had his surgery at Mercy Medical. I can't believe people are able to keep a job being this abusive and scary. I do not even feel safe going there with these types of out of control staff there. I am looking to find a different orthopedic surgeon. I really truly do NOT FEEL SAFE going there with this type of aggressive and out of control staff. I hope the doctors are told what is happening.

Also, because he is in demand, getting a surgery scheduled in a timely manner is almost impossible. I had to wait two and a half months for my first surgery and two months for my second. They are anticipating being "inundated with traumas over the summer and won't be able handle it." Not too busy now, just expect to be and don't even refer to patients as people. There you have it. GO ELSEWHERE! Also the MD referral line has the complaint about them to save others from them.
